I recently stepped into a very familiar role, but in an industry that I had little experience in. About three weeks into the position, I was struggling with an overwhelming amount of anxiety trying to manage everything on my own.My boss suggested that I reach out to our insurance agent, Natoshia Aspinall from the Donigan Agency.Natoshia spent her Saturday driving over two hours (each way), to train me in person, in terminology, contractual agreements, reference suggestions, and how best to protect my boss and his business.What I had learned from her in four hours has alleviated restless nights and could not compare to what a class or book could teach.Her energy, passion, depth of knowledge and willingness to nurture me throughout the process is genuinely appreciated. I feel incredibly confident and prepared to take the next right steps, and I know that if I need assistance along the way, Natoshia will always pick up her phone or call back within a very respectable timeframe. I have been with the Donigan agency for a number of years now and they are great especially Natoshia! Every time I have called or emailed for questions or changing over vehicles/ATVs or even an accident she gets right back to me and takes care of everything. It's nice to just send over my issue or request and know that it will be quickly taken care of so I don't have to worry about it.

I found Donigan Insurance company about 3 to 4 years ago. Prior to that I was under insured and paying high premiums. Natoshia has been so responsive and helpful will all of my rental properties and personal insurance needs. I saved hundreds of dollars because Natoshia reviewed my situation and found the best policies for my situation. Very rude after many years of a customer through this agency always was overcharged but when I switched to another company for hundreds cheaper I got nothing but a nasty attitude my motorcycle was stolen and they refused to push a claim through customer service went from 100 to 1 percent scammed me out of thousands and a total lost for my motorcycle lost a loyal customer
