If I could give zero stars I would. They took in everyone from the skyline and now all the elderly people are afraid to leave their apartments. Get your loved ones out of here!!!

Moved in July 2022. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a lovely outdoor space to walk around. So far, I find it very quiet and peaceful.

I lived in Brighton Towers for 3 years. The first year was very nice. The second and third turned into a nightmare. The place is now filled with drug addicts hookers just plain criminals. None of the rules apply kids live there large dogs live their families live there rapist live there. If you want some play safe please do not move to Brighton Towers. The staff does not care they high in the office all day they do absolutely nothing to help the tenants. The library is locked because of drug activity the gym has been locked for two years for the same reason. Men and women urinate in front of the building in broad daylight and nothing is done about. Mail has been stolen on a consistent basis they even know who's doing it but they won't stop her. I have never seen so much violence in my life. Fights breaking into cars, muggings people holding doors open so crackheads can get in it's not a safe place to live don't move to Brighton Towers if you value your safety and your sanity.

I worked there for a year and a month. I never fit in. I was all about helping the residents and getting new residents moved in. I was told I was a push over. Don't help the residents. Don't let them stand at the window and talk to you. Don't let people move in who smell or God forbid had problems. I fought and was fired. I loved my job. I'm sorry to all the residents I let down. I cared about you. I'm so sorry. Flag

I recently helped 2 clients of mine move into Brighton Towers. The Security was tight and the staff was more than helpful and very kind. The building even offers a Service Coordinator who was able to answer all of the clients questions and help them with the complicated application. 100% recommend!!

I have been visiting people at the towers for fifteen years and have been impressed with the warm welcoming and safe feeling I take for granted when being on the grounds as well as in the buildings. There is a store and deli and library and workout room and laundry room and community room for food fellowship and fun. Church services are offered and game activities and shuttles to grocery stores plus city busses stopping all day long. I have noticed renovations and brighter walls and flooring over the years happening and have been in the visitors parking lot at various times day and night and have always felt safe. The beautiful grounds make it even lovelier to spend time with the people I visit while outside. Great place!

Horrible place to live. Residents are rude and nosy. When I moved elevators were not working and waiting up to half hour for it to work, resulted in personal property being stolen. They have rules that only apply to certain people. I was harassed to the point that I didn't feel safe and I felt like I had to move. Don't expect office to do anything if you have a problem they are only interested in collecting a paycheck and are out door at 4:30 on the nose. Rude doesn't even start to describe the attitude of office staff. When elevators were out of order and security on front door was not working their answer was "live with it". No way to treat seniors and disabled.
