Staff are super nice and knowledgeable about their products. When stuff is on sale, the prices can't be beat. Love that you can ship to store for free pickup too. Pop culture items from anime to disney, something for everyone can be found at Boxlunch :) I love getting stickers here too.

It's not the store, it's the merch. Staff are super helpful and great to work with to find what you need, but too often they don't have items on the web site or what I want in the right size. Free shipping to the store is fine, but not ideal.

Well I didn't get to shop here but I just wanted to say thank you to the staff that was working on February 24 around 430 5 when the shots were fired your team was quick to gather anyone that was around witch my family and I were one of the people I just want to say thank you again for everything you guys did from offering water the bathroom candy you guys made us feel very safe and comfortable I just want to say thank you again will be buying from you guys for sure again thank you so much you guys rock!!!!

I've been there many times and never felt uncomfortable, the staff are helpful and even gave good advice when I needed to shop for friends. I'm making this review because I lost my wallet there the other day only a few minutes before they closed and one of the employees was kind enough to wait a minute outside of the store for me to run across the mall and get my wallet before they closed. My thanks goes out to BoxLunch employess!
