So I'm sitting here at boost Mobile and I am writing a review based upon customer service that I had got given to me from an employee and their manager which was very very well satisfied at the end of the day it was great amazing customer service awesome.Butternut st Syracuse NY

I had the best cell phone experience at this location. Natalia saved me a boat load by letting me know I could keep my metro phone and bring it to boost and save money every month. Boost found an amazing worker in this young lady. She gave me options, didn’t rush the sale and most importantly, showed that she really cared. I’m a boost customer for life now. And to her boss, give that young lady a raise, because she is AMAZING! Thank you again Natalia from boost mobile.

Natalia took care of me today, and you guys found a great one. Always made suggestions, but didnt try to strong arm me, very courteous and respectful, and an all around great worker. Even gave me an updated SIM card (old one was old Sprint network). Please do not lose this girl!!!

Easiest cell phone experience I've ever had - Jess D. was incredible! Got my number ported over with no hassle (usually a nightmare with my carrier) and my bill went down by at least $20 a month. Super happy with the service and I spent less getting a brand new phone and a ton of extras than I would have if I'd kept going with what I had. Thanks :)
