From the first phone call to the moment every piece of debris was collected and hauled away, my personal experience with BlockSolid Masonry and Chris, specifically, was more than stellar. Very fast turnaround time for a fair and reasonable estimate for a chimney rebuild in order to get my roof properly replaced. My situation is pressed for time and the moment I said I needed the work done, Chris rested my worries and said he will be there tomorrow. The crew showed up, today, they worked so fast and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up, handled for me & I came home to this beautiful new rebuilt chimney on top of my home. Thanks so much! (May I also mention, he doesn’t charge any ridiculous “estimate/diagnosis” fee beforehand…)

Block Solid recently repaired my chimney and replaced my steps. I am very happy with both jobs. They were everything you hope for in a contractor. They came when they said they would they worked until the job was done and did quality work. All at a reasonable price.

I have used a number of masons over the years and have finally found one that was above all others. Chris was on time, did the project perfectly and at a fair price. Joshua, Dave and Nick were also on site and when they left other than the excellent completion of the project, you would never know they were there. 6 stars if I could.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job repairing our fireplace. They were extremely professional throughout, and obviously take great pride in the work they do. I can't speak highly enough for Block Solid Masonry and I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you for a job well done

I am a couple weeks delayed writing this as I haven't been able to get up on the roof and check out our awesome chimney. It collapsed a couple months ago and after being ghosted by a couple others, we contacted Chris. We took a chance since we are a bit out of their area but they came right up to check out the damage and give an estimate. They started work about a week later and did a fantastic job. The whole crew was very nice and the work was perfect. We were told by others that they wouldn't be able to match our brick, it wasn't a problem for these guys.I would recommend them to anyone at any time. We can't stop talking about how great the chimney looks. I would rate more stars if possible.I am attaching a before and after photo.

Chris is a very professional and pleasant person to consult with, even without seeing his work in action he went out of his way to give me an information I would need to obtain pertaining to my repairs that I required, he is very upfront and Intuitive. Definitely Recommend!

Fast, friendly and efficient. Installed/ drilled a sump pump and repaired basement wall. Reasonable price and very responsive. Took care to put down tarps and clean up behind them. Will use again for other masonry projects.

Absolutely amazing experience. I needed foundation repair and waterproofing of my basement. These guys work quick and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. You wouldnt even know I just had this work done in the last week. Chris was amazing to work with and his team was friendly and professional. Brand new French drains and sump pump (they did it from scratch, there was no existing drainage in place), 2 resurfaced walls with 2000 pounds of new concrete and they got it all done in under 3 working days. I cannot thank them enough. I went from having an ugly, damp basement to a usable space I can't stop showing off. Will recommend to anyone needing masonry work. 5 stars doesn't even cut it for these guys. INCREDIBLE.Service: Foundations

We had a small job to open up some block foudation to our crawl space and they quoted a very competitive price and were able to fit me in within a week of calling them to schedule. Guys were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend them.

I highly recommend Block Solid. My chimney was crumbling and in desperate need of repair. After calling a number of places around town I decided to go with Block Solid. They were booked over a month out but made time to come sooner than expected. Chris and his team of 5 or 6 others didn't waste any time. I was really impressed with how hard they worked & how friendly and professional they were. They finished the job fast and did awesome work. We had a chimney inspection the following week and the inspector also commented on what great work they did.

We had Chris and his crew comeout and build a retaining wall .They did a great job. We love our block wall. They were on time, professional cleaned and protected all their work.We would hire them again in the future.

Not only was our call answered on a Saturday evening, but Chris came by the next day to check out what was going on with our foundation. We weren’t given an exact date that the work could be done as they had many jobs lined up, but were told that depending on weather they may be able to get to us sooner. Less than 2 weeks later we got the call that they could get started the following day! The crack is repaired and reinforced, and we couldn’t be happier with the responsiveness we received and quality of the workmanship. We will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of masonry work. Thanks again, we truly appreciate all your hard work!

Highly recommended. I am extremely happy with the work Block Solid did on my foundation. They are skilled, honest and thorough.
I searched for a long time and got proposals from several foundation repair companies. There is a huge range of options out there and it can be difficult to decide what is right solution for your situation. My garage wall and basement wall are on the same level of our house and on a hill. The basement wall had a large horizontal crack and the garage wall had started to shear off at the bottom course. Block Solid replaced the garage wall and cored and pinned the basement wall.
Chris was a pleasure to work and kept me updated on the progress throughout the project.

Block solid masonry repaired the two chimneys on my house and they did an excellent job for an excellent price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
