Excellent service top to bottom. Sam, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and personable. The finance team were exceptional to work with, and the service team installed a brand new tonneau cover within days of me ordering my new truck. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. In a time when purchasing a new vehicle is both expensive and intimidating, I felt as if I was treated like family.

Love my new 2024 crosstrex from Bill Rapp. My salesperson Julie was incredible and made the purchase flawlessly. I am new to the area, but have owned several subarus very please with this dealership. Would recommend them to anyone.

Went there to have the body shop give me a quote for some rust /paint repair. Horrible service and rude managers. Suggested I sell my truck instead and maybe I would get $5K. Seems they only call themselves a body shop for insurance claims. Will never go back and certainly never buy a vehicle from this place.

Bought a brand new truck. I was taken advantage of by purchasing a cover for my bed. Over 300 dollars cheaper if i ordered it from GMC. When calling GMC, they said i had to work with the dealership. I called and got the run around. Be careful when purchasing anything, including a vehicle.

Had some accessories installed today. Was done far quicker than promised . I think the young lady (Samantha maybe?), may have rearranged things to get me out quicker knowing I was waiting. Just want to let someone know I appreciated the extra effort and was very happy with experience!

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi outlander from bill rapp and was overall very pleased with the experience. My sales guy was very helpful and friendly. Told him what I was looking for and he chose a very nice vehicle for me to test drive, which I then ended up purchasing. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because they advertise a $50 gift card for test driving a vehicle. I mentioned it probably 3 different times and nobody seemed to want to follow through with that offer. Not a huge deal, only $50 but still, I don't think they should advertise something if they are not going to honor it. Especially when I asked multiple people about it.
