My car was stranded and AAA left me for dead with no response for over 4 hours. I contacted big d’s Auto directly using his business card and he was there in under an hour to tow my car from Syracuse to Utica . He even contacted AAA and got them to cover the cost of the towing since they failed to help me out. Big D’s auto is fantastic!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!Service: Car towing

Every nice man who towed my car! He was every friendly and gave me all the information I needed! They also do repairs so I got my car fixed. Which made things easier for me that everything got done in one place for a great price!
