I’m leaving a four star bc I am a business owner myself and I understand the importance of positive reviews, however I went there for the first time yesterday, Friday Dec. 22, at 3:30pm, and no one answered the phones. I ran over there anyway, to find the storefront windows were covered in brown paper and the door locked. As if they weren’t in business. If they moved from Salina street why haven’t they haven’t posted a new address online, or posted a photo of the new building, and if they are out of business then why did someone leave a review 5 days ago and why are their phones still going to their voicemail? It’s more than a bit peculiar.

The atmosphere is very Classic and you feel immediately comfortable with taking your time to look through the selection. The Gentleman behind the counter is very patient and agreeable. He doesn't impose or try to up sell you. He simply helps guide you through your selection process and I find that to be a bonus.They do not have a wide selection of suits,but this is not the place for that. This place is for that Stacy Adam's, Classic, Gentleman attire and it will be hard to find some of the exclusive shirt, ties, and suit accessories anywhere else in the city.With $250 you will walk out of the store feeling accomplished that you have added something unique to your casual or business professional style. With $2,500 you will walk out of the store with an entire new wardrobe for the year. That's what makes this store such a Gem in the community.I rated it 4 stars because the style is not as modern as it can be, but I simple purchase my suits and then take them to the tailor and get them tapered to fit. I recieve daily compliments when I am at work and out-n-about as well as inquiries on where I shop. Welp this is place is my hidden secret.

Ordered a shirt and tie set on line Feb 9th ,,,,,,, needed the shirt before Feb 25th ,, figured to have plenty of time to get before my 25th anniversary trip which was scheduled for February 28,,, I had to call to check the status of the shirt and get a tracking number and come to find out the shirt was out of stock I did not receive a call or email or anything that’s a shirt was out of stock and I’m sitting here waiting for the shirt to show up. If the shirt was out of stock they should not have listed it online as available now I must rush to find other arrangements for a shirt! when speaking with individual customer service very poor attitude and did not care I asked for my refund immediately since I was charged for the shirt .This was a very good business where I ordered a lot of suits over the years but they seem to be going downhill!

I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM BERGAN BROTHERS, & WORSE YET MIKE BERGAN TELLS ME THEY DO THINGS AT A SLOW PACE!!!!!!!!! ID SAY & CUSTOMERS SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR SLOW PACE!!!!!!Disregard the 1 star for now, I placed order for 2french cuff dress shirts well over $100......since Wednesday 5/18 no tracking number, no delivery date, I called the owner & he was supposed to call me last night & he didn't. I hope I get these shirts this is my birthday present from my wife.Effective today 5/25 I cancelled my order!!! The shirts had not been shipped yet. I placed the order on 5/18 Wednesday morning. 6 business days go by & nothing shipped!!!!!!I reordered the same shirts thru another company & saved $15. Bergan Brothers charged me $114, the other company $100

I brought my father all the way here and was disappointed. They do not have good customer service skills. We were in the store for 10 mintues before anyone asked to help. The part that was disrespectful was the store wasn't busy. It had one customer in it and both salesmen were talking to the customers about his church home. Finally, one of the men come up and says how can I help you. When I brought how we were in the store for a while before getting greeted the man said because we didn't come to you fast enough. I told the saleman it wasn't that it was the fact that we had been in the store for a while and this is bad customer service not to offered to help us and that he was talking to the same customer that the other saleman was talking to about church and he had other customers in the building. He walked away which was so rude and told me goodbye. He just didn't want to hear how rude and unprofessional their treatment was. I will not buy or support a company that don't value me as a person or respect my time and money. Horrible treatment..
