We were shopping as a family, my young daughter was growing impatient as we neared the checkout. The store associate, Katie talked with her and offered her a marker and paper as we checked out. This made the check out easier for everyone! Thank you to her for going above and beyond. We love Bath and Body works!

So I came in to look for presents for family and friends my boyfriend walk out with gifts for mom so he loved it ....plenty of parking nice staff we will return.

Tracey is the reason for my five stars. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, checked on me and helped me with a few questions I had before checking out. She was able to help other customers while still coming to check on me. The store was busy and she managed to help us all. She showed true customer service! This was my first time shopping at this location and I had a great experience because of Tracey!

I feel terrible not getting names but the ladies at the store yesterday were BEYOND helpful. I made a mistake when ordering pickup and ordered it for the Fayetteville store, nowhere near Camillus. The ladies working helped me put together my order with the pricing I received when I placed the order a few days ago and called Fayetteville to cancel my order! I was so thankful for them fixing MY mistake and they were SO NICE about it! Above and beyond and much appreciated!!

Love their candles. It's very strong and long-lasting. I also like their hand soaps. When they have sales you should stock up.

Happy place! During my visit there were people dancing, customers sharing spots in line and happy conversations. This is truly a fun place to visit! Oh and my dog even got a treat and a picture on their wall of fame!

Greeter at the front door was great. Lack of customer service from the two cashiers. One did not say hello, so I went to the other one, who did say hello. I stated, that's what I was waiting on from the other cashier, a hello. Then the cashier that said hello, said, you're all set. That is not a thank you, I thought to my self. Then they both laughed.

Needed a last minute closing gift for my first time home buyer today so ran into the Fairmount, Camillus location. They had a huge variety of items at a great price. My client thought it was the best idea so may be making this a regular stop. If your near the area check it out.
