When they changed their name, they also stopped carrying some things I liked, thus 4 *s, but whatever I'm looking for, the staff couldn't be more helpful, especially Robin. This makes a big difference to me. One of the men has also taken the time to educate me about various materials so that I can make informed choices. I'm sorry I don't know his name. A+ on the staff.

Had a great experience. Bought 4 base cabinets for a work area. One was damaged when we went to assemble it. Repackaged and after a quick trip to the store they were able to locate another cabinet for us to pick up from the Cicero Home Outlet to exchange. Super friendly and extremely helpful staff.

We like this place because they always have good stuff and the most important thing is the awesome customer service . We were very lucky to deal with Razor on last Nov2020 to buy a kitchen and also over 900 sf engineered hardwood for our new house ,Razor made it very easy to us he helped us from a to z .The manager Tom was very helpful as well thank you guys .
