Very unprofessional company. I would not recommend to ANYONE. After asking for my tax return copy multiple times, they claimed to have sent it. I never received it. Tried another email asked again didn't receive it. when I called to talk to him, he was extremely ignorant and unprofessional. Apparently, he said he is not my secretary.... But you are my tax preparer.... WAS* Called the IRS, will be filing a formal complaint.
