He doesn’t keep his word on what he’s going to do he’s had my car for two months past the time he said it would be finished and after that it still wasn’t 100% complete I had to drop it off again he said it would be done the same day that was false and when you call the business no one answers the phone

I had to get my tire patched. I had driven to all the other repair shops in the neighborhood (which refused to fix it because “they were too packedâ€) and at this point, my tire pressure alarm was on and I was desperate. B&B actually took my car right in and serviced it within minutes. They were great and courteous. Highly recommended!
