Came back home from vacation and my AC was blowing hot air. Jayson, Fred and David were amazing. They supplied me with the right products! I went to my mechanic for a fix and he was unable to fix it because the hose he had in his possession did not fit the adapter. I returned to Auto Zone to purchase the needed supplies for my mechanic, But the guys there completed the service for me. And they made certain that my AC was blowing cool air before I left. Thank You Jayson, Fred and David. Great teamwork! Great service!!

Jason Black…. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND trying to help me with all of my car problems, making suggestions, and was so quick and efficient. He gave the same level of service to other customers he interacted with.

Very helpful employees. I needed a licence plate light and they were able to find one for my car. When my light socket got stuck, they came out to give me a hand in prying it out. 10/10

I had a front headlight bulb out and the front desk clerk helped me replace it! Very friendly and easy! I was going to do it myself but he just came outside and helped me out. Thank you very much!!

I want to commend your employee, Fred, for going above and beyond for us. We came in to get a bulb for our brake light and Fred took the time and energy to replace it for us. Due to the age of the car, it was difficult to remove the cover and yet Fred worked diligently and after 20 minutes, success! Employees like Fred are the reason we come back to this store time and again!!
