“I came in today, Christmas Eve, because a mistake was made. Windshield washer fluid made its way into the radiator reservoir tank. At first, I was quoted $159, but he said he’d take $40 off. Already leagues ahead of Valvoline. Then, when he realized it was only in the reservoir, he tested it and said it was fine, but could dump the tank and start fresh for only $25. Valvoline would have tried to add several services, not save me money. Kudos to Carlos and your team for putting the customer on top! You have definitely earned my future business.”
“Purchased and replaced two front tires (one spare). After they completed, we realized we hadn’t brought the tire with the alloy rim to replace the black hub on the spare. They allowed us to run home and back and switched rims. Great service!”

“I went to my regular and trusted mechanic, Jim Chrysler - Chrysler's Treasure, for an odd rhythmic wub wub wub noise my 2018 Subaru Outback was making as I drove down the road. Jim put it up on a lift to see what might be going on, he pointed out that the tires had "cupping" wear and recommended I take it to Rudy Schmid for a 4 wheel alignment. Well I drove in with that problem but drove home silent, straight and true.
Two thumbs up! Highly recommend Rudy Schmid's car service.”
