I worked with Caitlin McCann at the ATT store at the Destiny Mall in syracuse NY.She provided superior service. My issues with all the devices on my account wasn't an easy or quick fix. She was patient, kind, and was very professional during the multiple phone calls to customer care, port and activation, and back to customer care which totaled well over 2 hours of being on the phone. She advocated for me and helped resolve my issues with sincerity. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.

Had a great experience was having issues with my other phone provider so I switch and Jeremy h made it easy and explained everything clearly thank you so much for the time you and the manager Andrew took to help me and my family.

My friends and I went there to checkout plans and simcards. They didn’t let us explain what we wanted and said the only way you can get a family plan is to be a US citizen. I began to explain how I had already talked to customer service but they interrupted me and rejected to provide any services. I asked around and searched and figured out they lied and being a US citizen had nothing to do with it. RACIST AND DISRESPECTFUL! We are international students with good credit scores!!

Very satisfied with the AT&T store at the Destiny Mall in Syracuse! David went above and beyond what I was expecting; he calmly and clearly not only did the first step of the process the Apple Store had sent us down for (since my SIM card couldn't be retrieved from my old phone) but he got the whole transfer process underway. He was VERY capable and patient. I was a frazzled mess. He was simply great!

My husband and I stopped in for questions on AT&T service. Thinking about changing over from Verizon. The gentleman in there where friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable. I thanked them for information and there time.

Both my husband and I purchased new phones on the evening of 6/28/23. My phone would no longer take a charge, so in order to transfer the info over to the new phone it had to be done wirelessly in the store. My husband's info transferred over quickly, mine was taking longer due to a large picture storage. While my phone was still in the process of transferring data, the gentlemen who had just made a significant sale started shutting the lights off, he stated they were closing. I told him my phone was at 30% and I was concerned that it would run out of power, before the data transferred to the new phone and that I would have no way to power up as the charging port was shot, (he was the one who told me that!) He assured me that there was plenty of charge left. He would place the new phone next to the old phone in the bag, send us on our way and that the data would continue to transfer on its own. I shared that I did not feel good about this.Mind you, I am not tech savvy. I have always relied on a tech to make sure that everything was all set. But off we went. As soon as we stepped into the mall, the phone stopped its update, because there was no wireless!Meanwhile, my phone is running out of power. We had to run to Walmart to purchase a brick phone charger, go home and figure out the rest of the transfer process on my own.To say that I am disappointed in the customer service is an understatement.

I’d give zero if I could this store is beyond shot they are so complicated with the fine print detail mad it so hard for one simple trade in we just took the 5 lines to Verizon and traded them all in for a lower bill and the legit same coverage and actual phone insurance without a 200 dollar deductible just go to Verizon ppl

Signed me up for insurance and some upgrade program and both cost money and took me months to cancel. Don’t go here.

Hit up the AT&T in Baldwinsville for a genuine unrushed experience!Jasper was awesome he helped me save 35% on my bill and did a solid review of my plan and dropped my plan while updating my phones! Definitely recommend

Joe from the AT&T store at Destiny was a lifesaver! He helped us with new phones for our two college aged daughters, explained everything to us and somehow lowered our monthly payment! He is super friendly, listened to our crazy stories and even stayed a few minutes late to take extra good care of us! Thank you Joe!
