About 15min from airport & 10min from downtown Syracuse. Part of Marriott, this hotel is 'modern' and has indoor pool, bar, small kitchen & a pool table. Rooms are small & basic, but at least have modern fixtures. Convenient location for what it is. Walking distance to the shore and Embassy Suites Destiny.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms. It's kind of off by itself. Be forewarned, although the site (and the reservation person we spoke with) said they had restaurants, that's not exactly true. There is a place where you can buy things ike muffins, and there is a bar serving mostly appetizer food.

It's a very nice place to stay and visit, they have somebody's waterfront to the hotel, parking unfortunately is across the street. But for the charge of each night I'm surprised there's no free breakfast in the morning. Their swimming pool is lacking length, surprisingly pretty small.Nearby activities: There is a mall right down the street from the hotel and it is massive in size and very family-oriented. A lot of games and stories for kids and families to involve themselves with.

Ac didn't work in our room, room was dirty, and was told that they were out if soap by the front desk and there were no more rooms availableto switch. Heater wouldnt shut off in our room the first night and was told it would be fixed. It wasnt and when we complained about it we were told they could give us 100 refund...which was never processed...this place is a joke and hope to see a different establishments name on this building the next time we visit...

Incredibly clean hotel and close to everything! The pool is tiny but not a big deal. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Right down the road from a huge mall that has dayfuls of activity.

Staff are always way too busy to give personal care as needed. Breakfast bar advertises an oat milk latte that I was looking forward too, only to find out two days in a row that they didn't have oat milk. When staff did talk to you, they were super pleasant, just an FYI, they were just busy, constantly.

I enjoyed my stay here with a few minor things that didn't meet expectations. I would stay again because the spot is quiet but not far from things to eat or do.Rooms: Comfortable, trendy. Just enough.Food & drinks: The bar was good. The breakfast was the only disappointing portion of my stay.

I visited for a conference in downtown and am glad I stayed a little farther out at this hotel. The shuttle service to and from the train station was great and the drivers were friendly. Check-in was easy and the staff was personable and attentive. The room was modern, it had thin walls, a few scratches and dents, but overall was very comfortable. My favorite part was the ability to walk from the hotel to downtown via the creekside trail. It was about a mile of flat, paved, multi-use trail.

Loved the stay here! It is located right outside of town, very quiet and a quick car ride to restaurants and everything else we needed or wanted to visit. Lobby was set up well with a bar, food for purchase, live entertainment on Saturday night, board games and complimentary water or coffee. The coffee was not great but there's a Dunkin nearby. Rooms were comfortable and thoughtful. Bathroom was nice and plenty of counter space at the sink area where two people could get ready at the same time. The shower was roomy but no shelf for your toiletries and the shower pressure was too weak to bother washing long hair. Scenic location and nice outdoor lounge are as well.Noteworthy details: There is a nice area by the water where we saw people fishing.

Greatly overpriced hotel. Don’t stay. $400 per night in Rochester NY. Came back to the room exhausted and nothing was made up. No towels. Beds unmade etc. will never stay here again. How greedy can Marriot fry. Lighting in rooms is terrible. Deal LED lighting. Again Marriott cheap.

We were there to attend a NYS Fire Chiefs convention. We checked in and front desk was like we bothered them to check us in. We asked if they would be able to shuttle 5 of us to the Oncenter to the Convention, they said that they weren’t insured to shuttle us. Shuttle is only used for Airport, train station and the “Fertility Clinic”. For the money this place charges they could have shuttled us! Marriott is embarrassing! Definitely not a hotel I would go back to.The only reason I gave the room a 3 was the maids were pleasant and kept the room clean.

We had a reservation from Priceline with confirmation for a day. However, they hold room charge on our card as security deposit and ensure us it will be refunded in 3- 5 days. Which is completely understandable. Unfortunately, it has been a month and perhaps 4 calls for almost 200 dollars including the manager and no response yet.Now they argue that the Priceline confirmation in not valid and we have to go through Priceline for refund.Firstly, if the confirmation number was not valid, how we were able to stay with the confirmation number we provided from Priceline. Does not make sense. We are still waiting to hear from them, the smart help service/help desk is clueless and not willing to help at all. They keep pushing us to call on business hours.First time in my life I am experiencing a multi million company arguing about 200 dollars that is on hold illegally. Please stay out of this place.

Room was on the small side but in a great location. Walking distance to Destiny Mall and Meier's Brewery. Friendly staff and busy bar area. Would stay again.
