  Unfortunately yesterday I had my car towed by this company and I had to go pick my car back up and the man there was very nice you guys are lying cause he was cool as ever. And the tow fee was extremely low I was expecting some outrageous price and it was none of that at all. Not to mention how clean the lot is.

  First class business, from my phone call asking on my plates and belongings, to the visit getting them. Very polite, gotta say if I ever get repowed again I hope I return there. Ty ?

  TJ was helpful (Syracuse location) Hopefully I’m never here again , but given the circumstances, nice individuals .Minor complaint: it was hard getting a hold of them after 3pm. But they do offer after hours vm and contact number .
