Referred multiple times over a period of 5 years or more. Never helped but that did not stop them from receiving government funds every time we were referred without receiving any help.. disgraceful waist of taxpayer monies and gross negligence to the youth they should support..

I used to work in their payroll department, and was let go under questionable circumstances. I loved my job, the payroll system I used, and had a very friendly co worker. But upper management there was terrible and unfriendly. They worked with me a bit when I first started, but after the newness of being there was up, it was entirely downhill. I almost felt like I was hired solely to cover vacations for the summer because the day after vacations were done, I was let go.In the end, I was written up for emails that I didn’t send, and asking for help (I have actual documentation of this). My supervisor actually sent me emails listing what I did wrong for the purpose of having something in hand as proof when I was called to the conference room and let go. They wrote me up, and then fired me a week later for not fixing my “poor job performance” even if I was messing up my job, how is a week enough time to rectify any issues?My last week there I felt so uncomfortable in that working environment as I felt like any little thing was going to get me fired. And it literally did.Very questionable and I would not recommend Access CNY.

If I could give this place a zero I would, they are very rude like to get smart with people, cheat people out of their money. The co-workers I worked with were great and I loved the participants but the management is horrible especially the supervisor for David Clark Learning Center! Its nice when you first get in there but give it a couple of months to a year once the newness wears off then they start showing they true colors snotty attitudes, picking and choosing you name it!

Only wish they would start paying the respite people directly because people who send in time sheets don't always remember to do so and the respite people get short changed and they should set up the minimum hourly rate

I'm not sure what I want to say about Accesscny ..I have worked there over 30 years .So I must love it ..Its a wonderful place to work .We are a family there ..We have helped and nurture many families. We have helped many children ,adults with challenges.You ask why am I'm not sure how to rate it, is because we are closing our pre school which I've been a part of for those 30 years .My heart is broken just knowing this amazing place wont be helping children on the pre school part of Accesscny ...I can only hope that Accesscny continues to help many adults in our community
