Referred multiple times over a period of 5 years or more. Never helped but that did not stop them from receiving government funds every time we were referred without receiving any help.. disgraceful waist of taxpayer monies and gross negligence to the youth they should support..

AccessCNY provides services to over 3,000 individuals in five primary areas: programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries (ABI), services for those with mental health issues, clinical services, preschool education and Consumer Directed Homecare. All services empower individuals to reach their unique level of independence.
In January 2015, AccessCNY was created from the merger of two agencies that served individuals with disabilities: Enable and Transitional Living Services (TLS). In 2018, AccessCNY expanded again with the merger of Spaulding Support Services. Onondaga CASA, a program that supports abused and neglected children in foster care, became part of AccessCNY in 2019.
