Alain is a great business owner and mechanic. Brought my truck in for an exhaust repair. He texted me photos of the rusted out flange explaining what the different options were with estimated costs for each option. We were out of town visiting the area, low tire pressure lights came on before heading back home a few hours away.....they were kind enough to take a look at my tires and put it up on the lift,checked all the tires for air leaks and filled the tire pressure to the proper amounts...Super nice guys !!! Thank you for accommodating us and giving me piece of mind before heading home!

Stellar service from Alain and his associates. We were driving back from NYC to Canada and ended up getting stranded in Syracuse on Sunday of laborday weekend. Met Alain in front of his garage while wandering the streets at night pondering my next move. By next morning he had already made a few phone calls and found a replacement part not so commonly found. My son, mother and I were out back on the road early afternoon. I would drive back from Canada just to do business with him again. Would recommend 200%Service: A/C installation & repair

Went here after getting quoted ridiculous prices by 3 other shops. The owner Alain is very honest and fair. He explained the problem and all my options very thoroughly and did the work within a day. My car has never run smoother! By far the best shop in Syracuse

This place is wonderful. Drove my son and his car to Syracuse from Michigan to drop off at him off at school and his car was making terrible noise on the drive. They fixed it very quickly and the price very reasonable.I highly recommend using them for repairs!

Allen is the best there's nothing he can't fix and their prices are more than reasonable compared to everyone else, I would not take my mini Cooper to anyone else ?

I needed a repair shop for my daughter's car while she was at college (300miles away from home). I found AB Auto on the web and extremely happy I did. According to my daughter, it was her best experience at a repair shop when she dropped the car off. Alain (the owner) sent me videos of the area that needed repairs with him explaining why and also a video afterward showing the difference.
