Recent online pickup order had a rude and verbally abusive employee who also refused to fill the order as placed even though the items were in stock. As a result, my $40 in items got substituted for things I didn't want and didn't order, and the employee came out to my car while holding a cigarette to berate me some more as I was leaving.

Please don't eat in this place the people in the kitchen are bothered when you order food for them they always make the food annoying and always complaining look at the photo how they packed my food and it was still open this is not quality to spend your money

this location got a few good employees the dude dave kalup an marie an shawn these people here at this location need a raise thay go behind there job I come in alot both morning an evening shift an the morning people leave this place dirty no fresh roller grill bathroom dirty not mop or wiped down. I give the names I mentioned in this review a good hard workers that need more workers like kalup dave marie an shawn y'all make the place clean an welcome thanks guys for your hard work

Worst place I ever worked I lasted 9 days the manager John is the worst boss very unprofessional half of the staff on drugs Marie the store manager very unprofessional jenny unprofessional if you not gay or into that life they will call you homophobic do not eat there they have roaches bad behind the food counter and still serve ppl food be spoiled and they serve pplDo not drink the fountain drinks or coffee mold in the line never cleans itdo not eat the lunch meat it's no good and they still serve ppl I was lied on was fired with no verbal no write ups nothing because the girl with the hole in her face lied on me and the manager never talk to you he a coward

This location is the worst location in the world the employees are doped up and they do not take care of their customers needs Instead they argue with. Employee sleeping on the clock and not attending customers

Worst customer service ever went there to order food and after we placed our orders the front desk clerk came over because the machine was beeping and yelled at us because he stated that the food portion of the store was closed so with that being said shut the computers down so no one can order and post serving hours don't advertise to the public if you can't serve the public

Can't use 7/11 app here, it's like not even a real storeEdit: they wanted more information so here it is. Literally every time I go into this store I ask if I could use my app to use coupons or scan points and every time they tell me "oh it doesn't work here" or "our computer isn't connected".

I visited this location today to cash in a few lottery tickets. I've purchased lottery tickets at this location multiple times. I'm almost 40 years old and don't look under 18. The cashier asked for ID and I said, "Good grief" because I've never been asked for ID here before, by this exact cashier, over the course of several years, even prior to 7/11 buying the store.The "manager" who later identified herself as "Shannon" began shrieking at me like some sort of wild banshee about how the state is now requiring ID (the state ID laws regarding lottery have not changed) and about how if I didn't like it I could get out. This was after the cashier had already seen my ID and had my lottery tickets in hand, essentially implying she would steal the lottery winnings by kicking me out of the store without my money.Shannon continued to shriek like a tantruming toddler throughout the transaction, at one point telling her employees to "remember her face". I will fully admit to speaking loudly to try to be heard over this psychotic woman, but I also laughed multiple times because I was completely shocked that a 55-60 year old woman was behaving the way she was. The cashier looked so embarrassed and apologized to me when the transaction was done, leading me to believe this is normal behavior from Shannon. I thanked the cashier and told Shannon to have the day she deserved, to which she responded "YOU STARTED IT!!!111!!!" in expected 2 year old fashion.I'm not sure what is wrong with this woman, but by the looks of the employees and the apology, I'm pretty sure her behavior is routine.I'll be contacting the NYS lottery commission and the owner of the franchise as well.

Its supposed to be 24 hours but in the 6 months ive lived across the street its been closed almost every night. Employees just watch you walk up, thinking you cant see them. They are scamming 7/11 for free money on the night shift.

I was absolutely disgusted when I walked into the the Hiawatha Blvdand Pulaski St Gas Station. Sloppy dressed employees manager not paying attention acted as if helping with costumers was a task to much.NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A MASK.. I WILL DO MY BEST TO AVIOD THIS STORE... ALSO FLOORS LOOKED LIKE THE HAVEN'T BEEN SWEPT OR MOPPED IN A VERY LONG TIME... ONE EMPLOYEE FILLING DRINK STATION COMPLETELY IGNORED COSTUMERS AS THE ENTERED STORE... BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE HIAWATHA BLVD STORE ALSO CANT FIND THIS STORE ON GOOGLE MAPS OR AN ADDRESS TO STORE...

Bathrooms closed between 9pm and 6am, no exceptions - says the sign on the bathroom door. I guess late night ride-share drivers and gig delivery drivers don’t need a safe and sanitary place to relieve themselves and wash their hands. We are in a pandemic after all, where being sanitary is critical - whereas this place doesn’t provide that after 9pm.
