Wow. Had me sitting for 7:45 hours waiting for a pick up even though they knew they were not comming. Guess their phone/email was broken.They want me to do the same tomorrow even though they keep saying its not a "guaranteed pick up". They are charging $540 for a 120lb pallet. Employee actually told me that they are a "small outfit" and dont have the man power. What a poor way to do business

Purchase from ULINE a large commercial picnic table at the time I paid a few dollars more to be notified by the carrier the day before delivery. Well worth it. XPO agent called, set up delivery date, and it arrived between times promised . Carlos the driver even called to say when he would arrive. No problems. Thank you

I was a little uneasy reading the reviews.. BUTFOR one tiny issue, my experience with XPO was very pleasant. Made a large purchase to be shipped from TX, when my package arrived to the Syosset depot, I received a call to schedule delivery. When I tried to make arrangements, the company with which I made my purchase, didn't authorize a lift gate. Spoke with Melissa, who assured me that she would rectify the issue right away! Within less than 24h, she got me the authorization I needed and we scheduled delivery. The only hiccup I had was that the day I scheduled delivery (which was the longest window ever, BTW), the shipment never arrived. I did call and spoke with Melissa again.. who profusely apologized for the mishap.. and ensured that my delivery would be the first off the truck the very next day. And she def followed through on her word! Driver called me first thing and gave me an ETA.. Delivered it with care and expertise. I'd give these guys a chance and understand that some of the complaints are issues from either the place in which you made your purchase or the freight shipper in-between.

Never use this service. They rescheduled my Samsung delivery 6-7 times and I have been waiting for two months. I can't believe Samsung uses this fraud company

I get an order every week to my business and have the staff and their drivers are always so nice and helpful! I actually switched from another delivery service and very happy with their prices and service!

They say customer service is dead and it's hard to argue. Delivery was initially scheduled for a Friday. Truck didn't have a lift gate. No problem, re schedule to Monday w/ lift gate. Anthony calls me Monday morning to schedule commecial delivery and mentions there's no lift gate? ....which was the whole point of rescheduling the delivery. I have to call him back to confirm if theirs a forklift on site. He tells me to call him back on the number he just called me from. Call back 5x ... Straight to voicemail and the VM is some guy Jeff? Now I have a client up my @$$ wondering where his Friday delivery is and XPO calls me back and says They can pencil me in for 12-5 on Tuesday... God bless.

They went to the wrong house with my mattress, didn't even try to call me and sent it back even though I was home and had taken the day off to wait for them. Their customer service is nonexistent. They are known for screwing up and doing absolutely nothing to fix it and they offer absolutely no compensation no matter how bad they fail. Since messing up my order they will not answer my calls I had to call from a different number to get anyone.Worst company I have dealt with in a long time

Well here we go again with another company that wants people to work flexible hours. This means you come in whenever they want and you have no life. There is a big turnover rate as you can easily see through their advertisements for truck drivers constantly in the newspapers or online. Just a word of suggestion makes scheduled hours and you won't have such bad turnover

First time ever in my life didn’t get my stuffs on a scheduled delivery date. Received no phone about the no show. I patiently waited past the delivery slot to call ikea to find out what happened and they had someone from XPO to schedule me a new delivery date. Don’t believe any words from them because I still didn’t get my order on the new delivery date and still no phone and whatsoever. So, I was charged for $610 and never got anything and no one ever bother to notify me of any changes or cancellation. In the end, I went back to ikea and requested to cancel the shipment as I think it is more reliable to just rent a truck from Home Depot and pick it up myself. Terrible!

Can't believe Samsung had appointed them for my delivery and installation. Very rude and unprofessional delivery staff. Before that they rescheduled my delivery for a month giving me reasons like plumber isn't available or deliveries are overbooked and worst part is they never inform you that they aren't coming for delivery, you have to call them to ask as to why they didn't show up and customer service line sucks with long wait time and unhelpful reps. Very bad experience.
