Terrible customer service. People speaking to customers on phone so loudly that everyone in the bank can hear conversation.
Was not able to see a banker. Water 20 minutes and then I walked out. Just awful. Will close my account.
Update...Returned yesterday June 10th to close my account . What a nightmare. They couldn't figure out why after closing my account they couldn't print my check for the balance.After many attempts to print it, The manager had to call corporate to figure out how to print my check. Just awful. After an hour the manager said I had to go on a long line to have the teller Colman to print my check. Coleman was the teller I originally went to when I entered the bank. But he said he couldn't do the transaction. Ugh.

Went to this branch for the first time today and was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Wells Fargo branch ever. Walked in and was surprised to see that only one teller was working but didn't think it would be that bad cause only one gentleman was in front of me. After waiting for about 10 minutes a manager finally popped up and asked if I needed help so I walked up to counter and then was told that she couldn't help me cause she wasn't logged into that computer. I waited a few more minutes and then decided to leave. Well never go to this branch again!!

Saturday, June 17, 2023I reside in SoCal and last week, was visiting family near Syosset.I stopped into this WFB branch.And the staff was so helpful. And totally professional.

I had a issue with paying bills with my account and was told I had to go into a branch. The folks there were professional, and walked me though how to unlock my account without issue.

Addendum: Another 5 star rating for Sujata S Bachan.I came in with laryngitis and could not talk.Sujata helped me with the problem I was having in regards to my check order. Explained what was going on and even showed human empathy to my laryngitis suggesting ginger honey lemon tea.We need more people such as Sujata in businesses that possess expertise and also know how to show empathy when needed.I have to give a 5 star rating because Isha Tanveer, who is the Branch Operations Manager, went above and beyond to help me change my address and order new checks when another tellerturned me away. I was in a bad situation so I needed to complete the transaction then even though I did not have an appointment. I was extremely grateful for Isha's help when she could have turned me away as well saying I needed an appointment..

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This branch is terrible with customer service! When I first opened the account last year (during the beginning of the pandemic) the people were much nicer or at least they KNEW how to talk to their customers... the last couple of times I’ve been there their customer service has gone down. Especially the teller at the end far left, she is obnoxious, she will mock you and whether I was right or wrong...YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER, not laugh in their face while your standing there... and whisper to another employee about you while you’re still right there! I was trying to explain to her a situation that occurred quite a few times last year and that the man that had opened my joint account with my husband had done as a courtesy for us a few times, maybe he allowed or overrode a policy...whatever the case, the employee there at the time did that for us, and she sat there mocking me saying that man did not exist in that branch, that I must be confused where I was ... and the tone she used was almost like a sarcastic teenage girl, like my 13 year old daughter would use on me! It’s inexcusable and all the while I’m trying to explain who this man was as she’s rolling her eyes and laughing to her co-workers like I’m crazy... what kind of customer service training does Wells Fargo provide? It’s A JOKE! I’ve never been treated like this!. I plan on pulling my accounts from here, Wells Fargo used to be an upstanding bank in my book, but this branch is the complete opposite, i travel from exit 7 on the 135 to Ext 14 every time I need to go to the bank, that’s how much I LIKED Wells Fargo and how much it WAS worth it to me... it’s NOT anymore, this branch has made my outlook on this banks name go way down. I will be moving my accounts INDEFINITELY ... if ur looking for a quality branch with excellent customer service, this is not the place BY FAR! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!! Take your business elsewhere.... trust me, save yourself the aggravation! Find a bank that employs professionals.

Isha Tanveer. She is the service manager and she is extremelly rude.What a waist to have her representing Wells Fargo. She has no customer service skills.Now I understand why this bank has a 2.7 star review.

I had a welcoming experience coming to this WF branch on 12/18/20. I can't speak for the negative reviews, but my initial visit was very smooth and convenient. I managed to walk in without an appointment, and Sue was more than happy and enthusiastic in assisting me open a checking and Savings account. She also acted as a teller and deposited my cash when the teller window was closed, as well as guiding me on what WF advisors and what WF in general could provide.Thank you Sue, for making exceptions and giving new customers a kind first impression.I also like to point out that the bankers here, Sue, Anna and Nonan were all courteous and called me throughout the months ahead, for no urgent purpose, just to see if they could interest or assist me with more banking services. Which I definitely will in the future.
