First my interview was in middle of the floor for 2 minutes only. I asked him if he needed my resume, bc he didn't have it with him , the answer was i have it online.Then i waited more than a week to hear from them and nothing So I decided to send a message and no response; I called and the person I had the interview with wasn't very friendly and he wasn't sure who to pick out yet. I felt he was anxious to hang up after noticing that , I asked him YES OR,NO, if he already got a person for this position and he said he hadn't decided yet and hung up. I really don't believe after his atitude i haven't got this job however i think I would deserve hear from him a YES or NO in the first place.The store looks more a gift store with side-store Pharmacy. Theres a lots of Christmas/other gifts therefore they need that person for this seasonal. I really didn't get it. Anyway good luck for this person.

Returned after a long train ride -and this place is conveniently located near my car vs the corporate store across the street with LINES galore! . Ample parking here, no lines and funny as most LIRR people don't realize they do lotto and there aren't ANY LINES- So i update my review as i try them out periodically and their improved customer service and relations changed my mind drastically. Upon entry i was warmly greeted, the clerk was made aware of a new offer- a 25% discount on gifts from a local paper. WOW! That was truly kind especially in this economic climate. The pharmacist said hello and asked if there was anything i needed! I replied and we discussed supplements and vitamins for which i never believed in before! With their guidance- Their selections of these products was vast and comparable to the vitamin store on jericho. Why am i taking my time to share something with all others! They helped an elderly customer from entry to exit with all their needs- I was so moved by this i had a tear in my eye! The compassionate care i witnessed was out of this world! Their customer service improved! Their dedication to their customer who obviously needed help was evident and most importantly- I was thankful to see this behavior!

Stellar service from Village, they make you feel like they really care, not like cold and impersonal CVS right across the street. They have never made any errors in filling my scripts and they're prompt and professional. Mike and the others there have always treated me with respect and dignity, never served me with an attitude like you get from other chain pharmacies and they go above and beyond when they have to clear up any issues between you and your insurance company like coverage, costs, etc.I would most definitely recommend them for your pharmacy needs.

The older lady that works there that has mouse brown hair and smokes cigarettes and leaves her discarded gross filters outside the pharmacy on the sidewalk, I think her name or nickname is-Mo- well she is THE WORST. I do not even know why she still is employed by the establishment and how someone this awful has a job. I have given her the benefit of the doubt so many times, thinking, maybe she's just having a bad day or overwhelmed but she (Mo) is ALWAYS and CONSISTENTLY nasty, rude, doesn't ever want to be bothered, uneducated and a complete waste of an employee that is getting a paycheck for working for the customer, REMEMBER: no customer works for YOU Mo or whatever your name is, YOU work for the customer. This is supposed to be a top notch Pharmacy but it would be in the best interest of this Pharmacy to FIRE her. No company needs an employee that terrible!

Usually I would give this place 5 stars. Been going to them for almost 15 years now. They ALWAYS have my medication in stock and if for some rare reason they don't, they will have it in by the time they open the next day. The staff are all incredible, especially Mike...he always goes above and beyond for anyone. Now the reason for the four stars is because today I checked Google and they said they closed at 5pm today. So I take the 25 minute drive to them(yes I pass countless pharmacies on my way, I actually have a CVS that is literally a 3 minute walk from my house and a Walgreens that is a 15 minute walk from my house). I wouldn't consider not going to village pharmacy. But like I said they said they close at 5 and I drive there and the sign says they close at 3:00. Drove me crazy. I guess I have to go back tomorrow...at least they had a sign on the door that they close at 2 on labor day.

Great pharmacy! Terrific staff! Wonderful service! Drop CVS and Walgreens and do business here. This is the way customers should be treated. Old time pharmacy!

My first time at the pharmacy this week. I went for a booster shot. I was able to get an appointment quickly as I assume there was a cancellation. They are very organized. You sign in, fill out some forms, you wait your turn and within a short time the pharmacist, a pleasant women gives you the shot. Hardly felt it. The store itself is reminds me when I was growing up of the local pharmacy down the street. It has everything and more. I highly recommend you take the time and check it out. This is whether you go for something COVID related, to fill a prescription, over the counter supplies or to a get card, a gift, etc.

Excellent Pharmacy with fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable pharmacists, especially Michael. He is personable, caring, understanding and extremely professional and knowledgeable. He always goes above and beyond. Staff is always friendly and a pleasure to interact with. They have a great gift section with high quality items at a very fair price as well as a great health and wellness section. I travel about 25 minutes just to go to them and would travel further if I had to. I highly recommend them!!
