“My husband found Syosset Animal Hospital from an online Google search. Our goldendoodle puppy, Charlie, has been going since he was 8 weeks old. Dr. Gothelf has been with me every step of the way as Charlie is my first dog. He is very thorough, attentive, and honest with his recommendations. He doesn't charge for every little thing and is really nice/friendly when handling Charlie. Charlie actually likes going to the vet and doesn't want to leave! Dr. Gothelf performed Charlie's neuter and dewclaw surgery. Charlie came home with a cone and his hind legs were bandaged up. He didn't have any complications or infections post-surgery and recovered within a week and a half. Syosset Animal Hospital also had a Halloween event and we were able to bring Charlie in his pirate costume to get a bag filled with treats and a toy. It was his first time trick-o-treating and he still plays with his toy! Overall, Syosset Animal Hospital is a great place to bring your pet for preventatives, surgery, or Halloween!”
