I stopped into Total Nutrition Syosset for the first time this summer and have kept coming back. The people who work there are so friendly. I get a delicious shake after I work out. They have an amazing assortment of healthy bars and snacks.

I went in this morning to get protein powder. The young lady was very helpful and sweet . She made me one of thier proteins shakes . I don't like whey protein. She suggested an alternative. it was fabulous. I highly recommend this place.

i don’t ever do reviews but i have to say this is one of the best nutrition places i’ve ever been to. zach was probably one of the most down to earth nice guys i’ve ever dealt with in a nutrition store! they earned a life long customer today
