I googled a florist shop with the intention of purchasing 2 dozen yellow roses to replace roses I already had that were dying at home and I came across this supposed “ 5 star “ florist shop. Upon arrival, I showed her a photo of the arrangement I had at home and expressed I m looking for replacement roses. From the moment I arrived I felt rushed although there was no other customer in the store. She wanted to make me a bouquet of what I showed her I had at home in the photo but I expressed only needed roses to replace the arrangement I already had at home.
And there were a couple of other beautiful “ ready made “ bouquets I considered buying as well at the shop. When I pulled out my phone to consider if It would match the color scheme of arrangements of what I already had a home, she said- “ you can’t take a picture if your not buying it!”
I told her- “ I am not taking a photo, I’m just considering this to what I have at home.”
Then she walked away. I ended up leaving the bouquet.
I tired not “ writing her off “ from the initial gut feeling I had from her aura. But the truth is - unless you’re Asian, you’re better off shopping elsewhere for bouquets, even an arrangement. Because I didn’t feel welcome there. But she attempted to deal with me because of the money she would get by me being a potential customer.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tommy Flowers to make my wedding dreams come true. The team was so patient and collaborative with me, and offered their expertise while also taking my opinions into consideration. They are very meticulous, and found the perfect sage ribbon to match my husband’s bow tie. They also ensured the welcome tables and seating chart were decorated beautifully. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for special occasions.

I needed a floral arrangement for a funeral nearby and gave them a call. Karen was very helpful in helping me pick a spray at the price point I was looking for and was able to deliver to the beautiful arrangement the next day. Very satisfied with the result and highly recommend! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning work. Ordering was easy, the price for the quality and quantity is great, and the lady who took my order over the phone was very sweet and helpful. I gave a very general description of what I wanted, and the results were better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

I would like to give a five star shout out to Connie at Tommy Flowers 2 in Syosset for going above and beyond customer service. My 99-year-old mother-in-law just came home from the hospital and these are the beautiful arrangements that she made for her. We live in Florida and my husband is with her in New York and said these are the most beautiful flowers he has ever seen and they brought such pleasure to my mother-in-law. Thank you, Connie for continued excellent customer satisfaction. Geri B.

It’s a must shop place for bouquets and for floral artists. They have wonderful exotic flowers. It’s one of my favourite florist shop in Long Island. The customer service is great.

Absolutely beautiful Peace Lily delivered for our Brother In Law’s viewing . I called from out of state and I was assured it would be beautiful. Their service was great and they even called me when it was delivered. The plant was five star and admired by all. I highly recommend this florist. Thank you so much

This was honestly one of the best experiences I've had with any business. I wanted to send flowers to a family friend to brighten their day. The friend is really into flowers and gardening so I wanted to give her a quality arrangement but I had no idea what I needed. I called and told them that I wanted an arrangement to make someone smile; the only stipulation I had was that there was some sunflowers and daisies. I gave them my price range and an address and they went above and beyond. Same day delivery. It was wonderful and they will absolutely get more business from me. Thank y'all so much!

Purchased a few lose flowers for a cake I was completing. I am a baker, so lose flowers is perfect for the cakes rather than bouquets. Usually flowers shops have flowers on display so you can pick out what you want in your bouquet. I am not a flower expert, so I needed a bit of help with names and matching what I wanted to what they had in stock. Owner was giving a bit of attitude. Thankfully another worker helped me out and was patient with me when I was picking. I also took a video of the beautiful flowers in the store to show my friends and recommended the place. The owner was being weird about me taking the video. Flowers are beautiful, just think customer service needs to be improved.

I used Tommy Flowers 2 for Valentine’s Day after reading some reviews online ; they did an outstanding job ! The flowers were fresh and beautiful. They delivered on time and let me know when the arrangement was received, highly recommended

I wanted to order a celebratory floral arrangement from out of town. Yelp reviews led me to Tommy Flowers 2. Once again, the Yelp community didn't let me down. I'm so glad I ordered from here instead of a mass market flower chain. I called Tommy Flowers 2 and spoke to the lovely owner. She said it was no problem to create an arrangement with a two-day turnaround. She also discussed my style preferences and my budget. I spent about $100 on an arrangement that was hand delivered with care. The screenshot that she sent (see my photo) doesn't do it justice--it was huge, vibrant, and sturdy. My recipient loved it. The flowers were exactly the gift that I was looking for. I will gladly order from Tommy Flowers 2 again.
