“My low pressure tire warning came up on my dashboard. I went to the Mavis Tire shop in Syosset. The tech removed the tire and didn’t find anything wrong with the tire. They told me no charge and if the warning should appear again bring the car back.
I was shocked that I wasn’t charged for the time out in by the tech.
I thought that gesture was above and beyond courteous. Great customer service. Thank
