It took one new employee two hours to active our phones while two other staff members just stared at their phones. One experienced employee helped us for awhile and left, not asking the others to lend a hand. Probably the new employee was given the sale and the others saw no reason to be part of a team. We were given conflicting or wrong information. We also had problems with the Apple/Netflix sign up because of how the employee handled it. They also gave us a SIM card saying it would work in a tablet and it didn't. We have contacted T-Mobile through 611 and were able to resolve our issues and now are satisfied with T-Mobile. Please go to a different store.

I had Obi help me. He was wonderfully informative and really was able to guide us in the right direction. I had been to the T-Mobile in Levittown (Hempstead Turnpike) in the past and had an awful experience there.I will definitely be coming back to Syosset!Obi was so personable and really an excellent service member!

How can I give zero stars? completely incompetent staff. Walked in to buy a prepaid plan, they told me it is $85 but they can give it to me for $75. I said I do not need unlimited plan and I just need to buy $30-40 plan. They said they do not have it. I walked out and bought $40 prepaid plan from T-mob online..Seriously?

I was in the store today and had the pleasure of having Michelle assist me. Not only was she the most kind sweet and nice person but she did her job so well and knew every answer to my questions and made the experience so good. I want to add the other employees that work there are also so kind and helpful. I will never use a different T-Mobile again.

It was my first time at this location and they were so helpful! I was transferring carriers and the staff went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
