Not only are the prices on tires and repair work the most competitive, but the efficiency of service is unparalleled.
If Steve was my doctor, I’d be ?healthy, if he was my accountant, I’d be rich. If he was my marriage counselor, I’d still be married! You get the picture!!
It’s no coincidence that families who have moved out of town (even state) still come back to Steve for all their automotive needs- even a simple oil change. They’ll make the drive back to Syosset because they know they’ll get dependable and honest service from this place.
So next time you need anything from a new tire to (god forbid) a new transmission, go to Syosset Tire and Auto Repair and save money- and know you dealt with the best in the business!???

I rate Syosset Tires a 4 because that’s the highest stars they give, if i could give higher I would give a ten. To me there service is top notch. I am just a driver of my car, I don’t know anything about cars. When I bring my car here I feel confident that I am not being taken advantage of like i have felt at other dealers. The mechanics are so nice to me and Steve what can I say, he is the nicest person to talk to and gives the best advice. I know he is not in it for the money, he likes or loves what he does, I haven’t asked him but i can tell from the way he treats me and other customers. Come visit and see what you think.

Great place for all your automobile needs. Highly recommend this place if you live near Syosset, Plainview areas. They are very busy but still quickly fix your car. And the charges are also very nominal.

I went to Syosset auto for tires. Steve gave me a piece of paper so I can write down the prices and we confirmed the prices he provided on the tires. I went back the following day to change the 4 tires. Upon completion, the tires were $20 more per tire. I showed Steve what I wrote on the tires the day before and said he did not write the prices down and I probably heard the wrong amount. I was skeptical but I gave him the benefit of doubt. A few month later, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and dropped the car off. upon completion I paid the bill. little did they know I scuffed and marked the tires, and the tire rotations were never performed. Also I did the same with my oil filter with a mark on the filter and it was still there. Beware- Syosset auto is a scam and ripoff. avoid at all cost. Now I know why their prices are sooo affordable they charge you for work never performed….I live in the area and seeing the shop when driving by disgusts me. AVOID-BEWARE-SCAMMERS!!!!! Negative -5 stars if available…
