Wash is mediocre at best. They gave my car to the wrong person who drove off. The person returned the car once realized. Management didn’t care. Place is awful.

They are not doing a good job with cleaning missed spots on tailgate. Open tailgate never cleaned sides. Dash board not clean very poor job price $34.00 for a POORLY cleaned car

id give it 09 if I could. Their car wash suicks. They broke my friends audi and my bosss Mb as well. everything is 50% cheaper down the street. The juice is expired but youre not going realize it until you drink it and taste the aftertaste. all in all horrible.

I agree with most of the one star reviews, super pricy service for “super” car wash, which is “below” par. Lazy lazy workers. 2nd time today same experience. Will not ever return.

My wife and I emptied out all the contents of our cars and then paid extra for their "Super Wash" option, expecting that our cars would be washed meticulously and with attention to detail. However, the outside and inside of our cars remained with lines of dirt and dust all over the place! We tried to point out to one of the gentleman washing our car a significant place they had missed (not being nitpicky or anything), and he cleaned the spot but upon inspection afterward it was filthy! In the glove compartment of one of our cars, a whole heap of dust was left there without any vacuuming done. We even took extra time AFTER the car wash to hand wash our cars, sad! We will not be returning.

This is the worst car wash & NOT cheap $39+$5 tip. I don’t need to write much bc the pictures say it all. The 1st pic is behind drivers seat & 2/3rd pic is cup holder & stick shift. The 4th pic (my fave) is the middle console/arm rest with dirt and grass all over….it doesn’t get easier than that to clean but they managed to give me my car back with dirt on it.

This USED to be a good car wash. 2nd time now with a bad experience not going back. The first time they didn’t even wash the mats I called the manager and sent him a pic he said they looked washed to him? This time I called they said they were open until 4pm I arrived at 3:45 and was told they closed even though all the employees were just hanging out there. Won’t go back. No mention of a discount for my trouble, nothing. Bad attitudes. Terrible customer service. Went to Rainbow Car Wash no issues. It’s right down the road.
