I have newly retired and was suddenly thrust as the primary caregiver for my 93-year-old aunt who is still quite independent, but needed a solution to a very steep staircase before coming from rehab. I got in touch with Will, who was very professional, both on the phone and in person. We discussed the best solution for my aunt, and it was installed exactly when Will said it would be, done right, and my aunt loves it! More importantly, the functionality is exactly what she and we were looking for! Also, my installer was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them to all my friends!

From the first person I talked to until the last person I spoke to they were all very nice and polite. Leron Gerge came on time and installed the stairlift in the time frame he told me. He explained everything while showing how it works at the same time. Then he asked me to have a seat and explained it again as i was working it. He answered all of my questions.

David the salesman was incredibly helpful, open, informative and polite. His forthcoming information and suggestions were what sold us on this company, not to mention his pleasant personality, which contrasted so much with people we met from other companies. Carl, the installer, was the epitome of professional know-how and experience. He completed the installation in the most efficient way imaginable, instructed us about how to use the stair lift, cleaned up after himself, and was also most pleasant to deal with. If these two guys are representative of what we can expect from this company going forward, we're very, very happy with our choice.

We were looking to rent indoor and outdoor stairlifts while my mother was in the hospital, who was extremely weak. This was the only company I found in my area in Queens that allowed us to rent indoor and outdoor stairlifts, and had an in-house team to install and service them. We wanted to work with a company directly and not have to deal with third parties. They are a family-owned company and their employees seem happy working there, which says a lot.Stannah's sales team made a mistake and canceled the appointment for an advisor to visit my home, but they resolved the issue very quickly and I was lucky that the advisor was available the following day.The advisor, Will answered all of my questions and helped me schedule 2 installations on the same day. We had to install the stairlifts ASAP, and Will was able to set them up to accommodate our schedule.The team (Leron, Kris, James) who came to install the lifts were all very professional and respectful of our property. They installed both stairlifts within a day and we would definitely recommend them to others.

We had Stannah stairlifts installed today. The two technicians, Kris and LeBron was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to explain and demonstrate how the lifts work. Also the salesman, Will Cooper explained all our options and answered all questions.
