Full service signs are obstructed and barely visible. Staff will usually wait for you to get out the car before assisting to pump gas and will be on their phone as well. Clear lack of customer service.

Full Service pumping stations (5 and 6) are located in the center closest to the small convenience store. The signs for Full Serve and Self Serve are difficult to see when it’s busy. Accidentally went to the Full Service station and attempted to pump gas. Got all the way to putting the nozzle in my car before an attendant informed me of the station I was at, then he took over.

I pulled up to the full service area without knowing (the signage is not very visible). The man in the Booth didn’t come out to pump like they usually do. I got out paid cash and started pumping. Then afterwards I realized it wasn’t the amount for self serve. I let the man know and he Wouldn’t do anything about it - I was told next time he will. How is he going to remember me next time? After telling him he knew I was about to fill up at the full service he said oh I was eating, sorry. It’s a shame to lose a customer. I’ll make sure to let my family and friends not go to your station.

The gas kiosks blare advertisements in your ears while you pump your gas. Otherwise, there are plenty of gas pumps so you usually don't have to wait. The parking lot is shaped strangely, which makes it a little treacherous to navigate around the lot. Also, pick your exit carefully - sometimes leaving Shell from the other side might actually be faster depending on your intended direction and the traffic light status!

Just stopped into this station on my way to work. I normally don't visit this station since they charge higher prices than the other stations around but my tank was almost empty. I tried using my rewards program card and it asked me to remove my card. Then it asked me to insert it again and pull it out. I did that. It asked me to do it again. A problem with the pump, I assume. I don't have time for this, I drove to another pump and the same thing happened. I'm done. Goodbye - I will bring my business elsewhere.

Shell gas station has recently undergone a remodel. I wish I could say it's any better than it was. Still the same surly "service" but with an added bonus: they will charge you full service prices to pump your own gas. The tanks aren't marked like many gas stations, you have to look up at the tiny red sign. I had already begun pumping my own gas when I noticed the difference in price. Man behind window (employee?) watched me-- didn't offer to pump the gas I was being charged full service for. Cute. It's on me for not noticing it was full serve-- but in my defense, the sign was small and no one came out to help me as I sat in my car for a few minutes prior to hopping out. Scammers for sure. Avoid.

Lets be honest, all the major gas stations More or less a are the same except for price, If you are paying buy credit card. If you are paying cash or if you are going into place to buy something then you have to deal with the staff and customer service comes into play. I went to shell today for gas as it was a nice day and did not mind pumping the gas myself. Gas price was fine , I paid via credit card and was done. My light had been on for the tires needing air. So since i was there i pulled up to the shell air pump, Proceeded to put 75 cents into machine and then attempted to get air in tires, Tried two tires and would not work, All i was doing was making it worse. Here is were the problem started. I went up to the gas attendant and told him that the air pump was not working right and i wanted my 75 cents back. He started arguing with me telling me there is nothing wrong with machine, And i am doing it wrong. I explained i tried it on 2 separate tires and all it did was make it worse. He gave me a dirty look and said again machine works fine. I said to him you really want to loose a customer for 75 cents especially after i just spent 60.00 to fill up the jeep. He looked at me and more or less told me to F.... Off. I will never in my life go into this Shell Gas station again. The staff is rude obnoxious and They are dishonest. If my car runs out of gas in front of there station ill push it down the block to the next station. If i could give them 0 stars i would unfortunately yelp will not let me.
