Quest's current login menu i really DEFICIENT.IT DOES NOT CONTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT FASTING BEFORE TAKING
A BLOOD TEST NOR DOES IT LET A USER SPECIFY THE TYPE
OF TEST -IF IT IS NONE OF A FEW LISTED OPTIONS. SOMEONE
DID NOT DO A GOOD QUALITY CHECK ON THE LOGIN APP and
in addition the lab technician was good- but the lab understaffed
and the wait was too long at the Syosset NY facility. Dov Avni

Visit was fine. Staff was excellent what's left of them after you ( executives) slashed them for you to fill your pockets and really do harm to the patients healthcare)

Terrible. Worst quest I've ever been to. Had an appointment and still had to wait an hour. Staff useless and unhelpful...

Agree with Violetta, don’t come here. Horrible service and not sensitive to the disabled.

Wish I listened to the reviews and avoided. I went anyway because it's close to my home. Just to compare, I had a much better experience at labcorp with specimen drop off. You can just sign in and leave it. But at quest you have to have an appt, wait forever and a day, and getting results is a another week long adventure especially if you dropped off on behalf of a minor, since you'll need to fill out a request form and wait to gain access through a whole process. At labcorp you can easily set up a minor on your account online. If you have a question or need assistance, you'll never be able to get in touch with an actual human on the phone. So you'll have to go back to the location only to find that no one is at the window, and when they do come out they wont be able to help you without an appt wven for a quick question. Overall comparing the 2 I would say even if Quest is closer, spend the extra time driving 10 min to Plainview or Hicksville labcorp because you'll end up saving your time and sanity.

A terrible company. Don't bother trying to get a live person on the phone. The only thing that will happen is you will get put on hold and then after 10 or 15 minutes the system will disconnect you.

Fast and efficient service IF you make an appointment beforehand. I had an 11:10 appt. Arrived at 11:05 and checked in at the kiosk. Don't forget your drivers license and insurance card. No sooner than I sat down as I was called in. Young lady was kind and excellent at drawing blood (got vein at first attempt). I have very small, hard to get at veins. I was in my car by 11:20!

Highly unprofessional. They made several people wait in the waiting room while the staff stayed in the back talking and joking around. They made me waiting 20 minutes to drop of specimens when they were not seeing patients at 8:00 am. Not good!
