I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the prosessionalism and friendliness of the phlebotomist, Nicole, who was on duty. I have very thin, hard to locate veins and she was so patient and professional. And there was hardly and wait time.

Updated Sept 2023. A year after my review below I am happy to share that nothing has changed! It is still my go-to lab, the staff is friendly and efficient and results are very fast. Dealing with any service that is part of Northwell has been nothing but pleasure. A tough statement to make when it comes to service in general. This lab is clean, friendly and very quick. No pain and lots of gain when it comes to time. Great job. And, if you're a Northwell patient, the results show up on your portal and you don't have to wait for the doctor to call you back... they rarely do anyway so get ahead of your own results.

The staff all say hello when you walk in the door. They are attentive and respectful of your time . The phlebotomist was excellent !!Good experience , the way it should be .

I have been using this lab for my bloodwork for years. Always professional, always kind, always pleasant. They also are exceptional phlebotomists, drawing blood quickly and painlessly time and time again. I won't even consider going anywhere else.

The technicians here took extra time to allow my son, who was nauseous, to recover. The do a great job here. Online appointments are super easy and get priority over walk-ins.

I went to a gohealth and had a script sent. The people were very unfriendly at the lab and were unable to help me. They said they didn’t have access to get it even though it’s all Northwell. She stated “they use a different system” they asked me to find the script or if I was the ordering physician? When I found it finally they said they couldn’t use it. Even though it was from my official health record

Best northwell lab ..the phlebotomists are always very pleasant, professional,and quick I drive here 20 minutes ,because they are so good ..I have the Massapequa Northwell lab 5 minutes away from me, but they're none of the above.

Love this place. Very nice people, quick and friendly. They are very good at what they do.Check in is a breeze and wait times are very short. I’ve been going to them for a few years no and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an alternative to quest (which I’ve had bad and long wait times) ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
