Just had my new mattress delivered to my Hicksville home by Mayress firm.These two men were on time, quick, and very professional. They also took my old mattress away. I highly recommend buying a mattress from the Syosset location. It was a pleasant and supportive experience!

The store itself is relatively nondescript and not as large as others I have been in. I was only there because I knew the salesman Ed was working and really felt it overdue to leave a review regarding him. There were a couple of customers prior to me but his knowledge, personal-ability and professionalism shined as always. He handles clients questions seamlessly informing them of not only the benefits of the products but potential “issues” (ex. The need to work in a new mattress to provide a feeling more in line with the store’s demo model.) My job also has a strong sales component so to call him a consummate salesman could be construed negatively as sometimes that’s misconstrued as someone who sells a lot with less regard for the client. There is nothing farther from the truth. Whatever he’s being paid is not enough and I will continue to do my best to send clients his way. Again Ed, thank you.
