“DIR Salon Furniture has provided excellent service with quality products. Recently I received several items. Each piece was delivered on time in the manner promised. The stools were quite easy to assemble. One swivel stool had casters that did not match the others - not in error, but by happenstance. I emailed the company to request the matching casters offering to pay for them. Without hesitation, the kind person responded that they would send the matching casters at no charge. You can bet I will continue to purchase all the equipment I can from DIR. This company is the best!”
“The Stark showroom at Syosset is a pleasure to shop at and is top notch when it comes to customer service. As an interior designer, I do business with many showrooms, but the Stark showroom in Syosset has to be one of my favorite places to source and purchase beautiful carpeting and exquisite rugs.The entire staff are extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Gary Greenwald, who manages this location, does a fantastic job and is a pleasure to work with. He is always on hand to assist.
