Good price for the nail trim. Quick in and out job

Today was my third and the last visit to this place. When I went for the first time last year I told them all the stuff I wanted part of my pets grooming appointment and they did right. And then went the second time and very specifically told them so do exact same grooming as in last time, so they did (not really). And then the third time today, I said do exactly the same grooming as in the last time, I went to pick my dog , I asked one lady who was sitting with two more others what exactly they did ? She responded mini groom that doesn’t include teeth and deshedding etc, I kind of got upset and asked her why you didn’t other stuff like we always do? She said they never did other stuff last time , so they pretty much LIED to me, the funny part is that this lady said that it’s not her fault and that’s what the system says , so who ever put and charged me last time pretty much lied . But definitely not going here anymore.

if you love your pet - do not use lucky paws. victoria butchered my beautiful bernedoodle. I was mortified / uneven cut, nicks all over his chest. teeth not brushed. and all was paid for. I could not believe what they did. and the icing on the cake was they offered my $10 towards my next groom for my dissatisfaction. laughable. the owner did not call us back after numerous attempts. the manager stopped taking my calls. and victoria had the audacity to tell me that my pup was unruly and unkempt. he is neither of those things. then I found out that Victoria had a hand injury and no one could tell me exactly who groomed my dog. be careful at this establishment

Horrible place!!! do not bring your dog here !!! they completely traumatized my dog buzzed after I said not to buzzed off all her skin tags. She's 16 years old, came home a bloody mess and completely traumatized.

I give them 5 stars because of their groomer Victoria, my dog loves her. She does an amazing job and only there for 2 hours . Always smells so delicious when we pick her up .

I'd give this business a ZERO if I could it was an option. I had been coming with my dogs to this grooming location since before it was taken over by Lucky Paws. The owner raised the prices 3 times in the first year! And he keeps raising his prices periodically "small increases" as he likes to state. The workers are not happy with how this business is run. I have had issues arise and stayed to have it addressed, but instead of helping me, the manager, Mary Joe, kept taking other clients and phone calls. She had me waiting for 45 minutes to "see what she can do" to reduce the price from $102 that I was being charged for my 8 pound Yorkie to only get a hair cut! That did Not include the bath part of the price. she kept stating that the computers were down. When I was in this office a few months ago, I heard the same excuse for overcharging me, and not being able to reduce the cost. I was also told that I was waiting for her to hear from the owner and then waiting to hear from another manager. While waiting, I was jumped on by a Labradoodle and scratched up in . The whole operation is a mess. As I was about to leave and was expressing extreme disgust of this business, another manager had walked in and immediately reduce the price a little once she heard about the situation. There's no reason why the first manager at the desk could not have done the same and saved me 45 minutes and a whole lot of aggravation, waiting to get the same answer. Original customers have left and found other groomers that are much more friendly and cost efficient. They treat their clients like people and still run a profitable business. the only reason why I remained longer was for one groomer whom I love. But I have had enough of this business and will be leaving as well. I have nothing good to say about it.

Very disappointed with the lack of full disclosure in regards to the price. On the phone they tell you it starts at $70 but when you go pick up your dog they add a $10 “2023 price increase charge” that they never tell you about until you’re about to pay. Why not just say the price starts at $80 then. Also charge another extra $15 for having matted hair. You can tell if a dog is matted at initial consultation instead of surprising customers with another fee at the end. Also not to mention the uneven cut with the duclaw that wasnt trimmed when I had specifically mentioned it to them.Was charged more than a $100 per dog initially thinking it would be around $70. Please fully disclose your price to customers instead of being sneaky. CUSTOMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE GOING TO BE PAYING.

I brought my goldendoodle puppy here for his first grooming. For the first grooming, my puppy would only get a bath, nails trimmed, and hair trimmed to get him used to grooming. I dropped him off and picked him up about 3-4 hours later. He came out with more hair than when I dropped him off. I felt he got a blow out and not a trim. I was charged around $60 and his nails were either were not trimmed or not trimmed well because they were still sharp after I picked him up. The staff was nice but I felt my puppy didn't receive a true trim/grooming.

I have been going here for many years with my 4 Poodles. Sadly I have one left with Special Needs and I trust no one except Lauren and her team to groom my Nash. They are 5 Star all the way.

I am very picky about my standard poodle and Victoria does an amazing job every time. She is very efficient and he always looks great! So glad I found them!
