The store is very nice, clean and tidy, the workers are very friendly and concerned about the customer. I really like going to where they serve me well.

My mom is 90 years old and I went with her to pick up her meds and the guy behind the counter was very rude to her. If I wasn't with her he would have gotten away with it. Please get another job if you can't be friendly and gracious.

I have always enjoyed going to the CVS in Syosset to get my prescriptions filled, and the staffs have always been very friendly. However, today I encountered the worst attitude from a lady that I have ever experienced, and it was really disappointing.
She seemed impatient when she asked for the name and date of birth for the prescription. Then, she immediately started scanning the items I wanted to purchase without any further interaction. When I informed her that I had another prescription to pick up, she became extremely irritable and started blaming me for not informing her earlier. She even yelled at me loudly, asking for the name of another prescription. I asked her why she had such an attitude, especially in front of my daughter. Instead of apologizing, she just turned her head and walked away, saying she didn't care.
Everyone has bad days, but it really angered me to be yelled at in front of my daughter and treated in such a disrespectful manner. It definitely showed a lack of manners and etiquette!
I gave one star because the staff who assisted me afterwards was very kind and friendly, as always.

The pharmacy is very professional and Mike the pharmacist is amazing and always goes out of his way to help you and explain things to you without rushing you. Really wonderful.

Hi I had some shopping to do and LI helped me out tremendously. Taking extra time to make sure that the items I was getting were correct for me as I had several questions about them. She was very informative and made my shopping experience very comfortable and pleasing. I am very happy that LI works here and gives great attention to her customers like she did for me.

Busy CVS with too many people during certain hours to be a safe place during flu season to go. Friendly hard working employees who don't seem to get a break. This has got to be the worst Petri dish of all drug store I have been in. Everyone stands in one long line between two aisles sick and some coughing waiting to pick up a prescription. Over and over I let my best friend send me here for his meds and now I'm getting sick! Last time I tried standing to the side waiting while keeping my eye on my spot - but some person rushed in to my area coughing - wtf. When time to ring up the prescription they repeatedly demand you touch the same keypad answer multiple questions. Normally you'd want to just tap the card reader and not go near the keypad - but they need confirmation - so urge you to keep touching the same gem filled key pad every sick person had all day. No sanitizer next to it!! Plus air felt heavy. Yea Gross gross and grosser still . Knew I was going to pick ups something from this last run - so mad I didn't insist he use another store not so crowded. They are so busy they won't care- but this would be the right place to do curbside pick up.

Never again. The pharmacy had all week to fill my prescriptions and they still are not ready waiting here for them as it gets busier nobody here knows how to do their job. Worst cvs location to get your medicine.

Absolutely the worst, least helpful people I've ever met in my life. They screwed up my photo order 2-3 times and apparently have no power to stop CVS from calling me about a photo order that is "ready for pickup". Whatever you do, NEVER use cvs photo printing for anything other than plain printing.

The pharmacy is excellent. Very courteous, professional service. I needed an emergency prescription filled on a Sunday evening and the pharmacy took care of it immediately.I highly recommend this pharmacy.
