VERY VERY POOR SERVICE - BAD TREATMENT TO GUESTSWe booked this hotel for 5 nights March 17 - 21. Upon booking, we used a credit card to hold the room however when we got to the hotel we used another credit card to pay as the original card was locked due to overseas travel.Payment went through and all was okay. On the third night of our stay, coming in from our mother's funeral after 1a.m. only to find out that we were lock out of our room. Upon investigating at the front desk we were told by John P the agent on duty that we didn't pay and hence the reason why we were locked out of the room.We tried to tell John P this have to be a mistake, why would he think we would have given access to the room in the first place and ask him to check his records. John P refuses to check his records and insisted to bill our credit card a second time, we refused and proceeded to show John P our bank statement showing clearly the hotel name (comfort inn )where we were charged. By this time almost 2a.m. we were still in the lobby begging John P to let us back in our room. Our 15 year old daughter was soo tired and wanted to get some rest after going through the ordeal of attending her grandma's funeral.John P began to shouting at us and telling us to leave his hotel in the most embarrassing way. We asked him to allow us back in the room so we can take our stuff from the room and even then John P refuse to allow us to get our stuff. Can anyone imagine how we felt after going through a day of mourning???.After a long plea and without success and John P shouting at us and telling us to shut our mouths, we proceed to call the police. It was after we called the police that John P gave us access to the room. The police came and we explained why we had to call. With all that embarrassment, we decided not to spend another night. The next morning we spoke to another front desk rep about the incident and told him we wanted to check out before our original date. He spoke to the manager who we were told is Brandon Werner and we checked out that morning.Mr Brandon, to our surprise an incident of that magnitude happen at your hotel. This was again reported to the central head office where we were told you would have seen this report within 24hours, and to date, we have not received even a phone call to speak to us. Beside all the other staff members who we spoke to regarding the incident has confirmed that John P has an attitude problem and this is how he deals with customer.Mr Brandon, you left us with no choice but to leave our heartfelt experience for others to know. Our case reference # is 11985766 and we would love to hear what you have to say to us and how you intend to move forward. We are certain that by the case number you will see our contact information. We await your response.Additionally, the wifi connection is very poor and does not work on the 3 rd floor which you all know and pretend you don't.Every day while we were there, my husband had to work in the lobby while we paid for a room and still we were very understanding and yet to be treated like this!!!!!!

You can only turn out of the hotel one direction because of a median.Has a hot continental breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, cold cereal, juice) hot coffee , tea and water available all day.Rooms are small, even in a suite there is only full beds available. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Walls may be thinner material. Older hotel needs painting and new ceiling tiles. Has using charging in the lamps

This hotel provides clean rooms and an accommodating friendly staff. COMMERCIAL DRIVERS!! DO not park on the street after 10pm. There is a city ordinance that no commercial vehicle can be on the street after 10pm. You will be towed.

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Hotel is not as outdated as other reviews say, it's typical Comfort Inn. Breakfast was very good full with waffles, eggs, ham. Good coffee! Would stay again.Noteworthy details: WiFi really good

I actually was pretty ok with this place the first night but the second night there was absolutely NO parking anywhere. None in the front lot. None in the back lot. None in their extra lot. Either it’s a bigger hotel than just thought or peoples’ friends are parking in the lot and they don’t bother checking. I called to ask what to do and they said street parking. Well that was pretty full too and I ended up parking in a sketchy area. Here’s my notice to Comfort Inn: your website and hotel amenities list parking ON PREMISES not street parking. If my car is damaged or stolen I’m coming after you, for not providing that basic amenity that people pay $100+ a night for. Sure you can say you park at your own risk at your lot, but it’s way safer than this sketchy street.

The rooms are a bit older but very clean and well maintained. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast, got me going for a day of work. Very good experience, will use this property again if I have to return to the area.

This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room had no hand soap, no toilet paper, and they allowed dogs in rooms to bark all night. The staff seemed good, and check-in was fast and easy. Had to park about 3 blocks from the hotel as they only have about 20 spots on the property.

The people and staff are 100% responsible for this 5 star review! Yes, the rooms are nice, the location is ideal but the staff is superb. I've been a customer of this hotel for over a decade now, and through the covid years this staff was not treated fairly yet not one of them let it effect their professionalism.Rooms: Rooms are clean and I like their pillows.

We chose this hotel as it was close to family. While the hotel is outdated and our room was tight to navigate, the bathroom had ample counter space, a mat and grab bars in the tub. There was also a double door closet with lots of space. My bed & pillows were comfortable. The TV has a ton of channels. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. There is free parking right at the hotel. The free breakfast was also nice. I saw a bar there but it appeared to be closed. I never saw anyone at it. The front desk people were helpful but seemed pretty worn out. The second night at the hotel, our second floor reeked of skunk. Either a skunk had gotten loose on the second floor or someone was smoking sunk smelling weed in the hall.

Hotel staff, especially Mariuz at the front desk, was beyond helpful, accommodating and nice. I had come here to be close to the hospital and faced some challenges with check in time. He helped me with those and everything went perfectly. The stay was also good. Quiet hotel. Easy to sleep. Breakfast was good too, with lots of options.
