I've been a customer of Ask Alice since the day they opened their doors. They always go out of their way and it's a fun day. They have dressed my daughter and I both for casual and for formal occasions. We always felt very taken care of. I recently moved and purchased a gown in my neighborhood hoping to give local businesses my business. When I found out that they accepted my payment in full and haven't produced the dress I ordered in February, I was heartbroken. I reached out to Elise at Ask Alice and she could not have been more helpful. She absolutely saved the day!! I was just hoping for any dress at this point since it was too close to the wedding to start over. She called the designer. Found the last dress in the style I wanted. When I went yesterday to try in on it was exactly how I dreamed it would be. Which was surprising since the first store ordered 3 sizes larger. So thank you Ask Alice and Elise! It make me happy that we ended up getting it there. It's perfect. Thank you

Don't walk... RUN RUN RUN out of this store. The horrific experience my daughter and I had for prom was truly unexpected. The manager Elise made promises she couldn't keep, would either ignore me or pretend she was helping me out when in reality did nothing. I am in shocked these people are still in business. My daughter had to buy a dress last minute because of Elise. Made promises she couldn't keep and because of that my daughter didn't have the dress she purchased three months ago. Thank you Elise!

Love that they still gave an exceptional selection with AWESOME HAPPY sales people! Still a little clearance section for people too! Gal at counter helped me pick out a beautiful dress for holidays. Parking is perfect - right outside of door! The colors here are vibrant and this place is worth an hour drive! Prices are competitive in this new shopping environment. I'll be back
