Thoroughly impressed with the care I received from the owner and delivery manager. I inherited 2 vintage all-sequined cocktail dresses from my late aunt with great sentimental value and wanted to clean them in order to preserve them. Andrew reached out and said he wanted a phone call to discuss his concerns with cleaning such old, delicate dresses and to inform me of the process they would use. I was blown away at the CARE and attention to detail. I felt assured the dresses were in good hands. He really took the time to explain everything, ask what I wanted, expected, and I could just really tell he CARED about making the customer happy and was serious about dry cleaning! I'm so impressed because I have dealt with so many businesses who just do not care about the customer. He was always accessible to take a phone call. And they do pick up and delivery and were SO accommodating to my schedule. The delivery manager was also incredibly friendly and caring. Found my new dry cleaners! Of course, both dresses came out perfect. Both were carefully packaged in storage boxes with tissue and silicon gel packets to absorb moisture for years of safe storage. Highly recommend!

Had a suit pressed here. They were fast, friendly, did a fantastic job and the way they returned the suit to me shows that they have pride in their work. I don't live in the area but if I did, this would be my go-to.

Ruined my jacket and the owner, All of the logos came off my Porsche jacket. Andrew Howard attempted to blame Porsche from his own mistake. (ANDREW HOWARD) decided to defraud a seller on eBay to return the old Porsche jacket (that he ruined). After the new jacket arrived I quickly alerted Andrew to the fact that the new jacket did not fit me due to him purchasing the wrong size jacket from an international seller on ebay to replace my destroyed jacket. Andrew said it was not his problem. I explained to him that what he tried to do to the eBay seller was wrong, dishonest, and illegal fraud, which I wanted no part of. He hung up the phone on me. Will NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. Andrew Howard is a crook, dishonest and a terrible person that blames his own mistakes on his customers.

I searched high and low to find a place that would clean and get a heavy smoke smell out of my handbags that have been through a house fire. Andrew was the only person who would take a chance to try and save them. He went above and beyond, cleaning them himself. The time and effort he put into all of my bags shows you how much he loves what he does. Thank you for taking that chance, and thank you for giving me a little piece of my home back! I will forever be a loyal customer. I highly recommend coming here!!!

I got food coloring on a pair of brand new suede boots. I didn't think it was possible to remove the dye without ruining the boots, but the dry cleaning geniuses at Andrew Howard Dry Cleaners came thru. They are true professionals and their service is unmatched.

I normally do not write reviews but I have been going to Howard for many years and would not go anywhere else. He goes above and beyond to make sure his client needs are met and his cleaning is fantastic. I thought my linen pants were ruined and he took the time to clean it the right way. Highly recommend!! Do not go anywhere else for your dry cleaning needs.

Best dry cleaning company around. Many of my shirts have special buttons as well as cut outs to display my Casio watch and I was always nervous to get them cleaned. Fortunately these folks really know what they are doing, my clothing comes out very clean and you can tell they have been handled with care. Andrew and the whole staff is really a class operation, very happy customer here!Services: Laundry wash & fold

I brought in my Canada Goose jacket to be cleaned, and although I was nervous to bring in my expensive jacket I couldn’t be happier. When I went to go pick it up I thought they swapped it out for a brand new one (I couldn’t believe that it really did look brand new). The staff is easy to talk to and listen to your concerns. I now use them regularly and they take great care of all types of clothing. I have since brought in my girlfriends, parents, and younger siblings jackets and they couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so friendly! I brought in my FAVORITE pair of Jordan 1 which are extremely tricky to keep clean because of the suede material. They were creased and had some stains on them. They came out almost like new! So happy with this business. Would definitely recommend!

Wow!! This dry cleaners is the BEST I’ve ever used. The store is beautiful and so clean. The staff was so kind and helpful. My clothes were beautifully cleaned and packaged. I highly recommend Andrew Howard!
