After a disappointing experience at another store, we had a great experience here. My daughter found a dress that made her feel amazing and service and alterations were top notch. It was not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. They were also honest about what would be available in our timeframe.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It was the first store my daughter went to when shopping for a prom dress. We found a dress she loved but again it was the first store so we wanted to continue to look. They had no problem with that and totally understood. We went to eight different boutiques on Long Island, but nothing compared to the customer service here. My daughter was between two dresses and we decided to go back to this store to see if the second dress could be ordered from them since we really wanted to purchase from them. My daughter purchased her dress and is totally happy. Went back for fitting, alterations are included, and during the fitting, she found another dress for graduation, which was purchased and also altered for free. Fran is amazing. I will be back here, definitely ♥️♥️♥️

Fran and the staff at 2 Be Seen are amazing! Every wedding or event it is my go to place to find a dress! Alterations are perfect everytime! Fran is the best!!

Incredible experience! Purchased a long dress that the seamstress shortened and tailored quickly for no extra charge. Selection is great. Highly recommend!

Fran went above and helped save the day. Fran was willing to see us on a Sunday when the store was already full with plenty of customers with appointments. She was kind enough to alter a bridesmaid dress that was poorly altered by another seamstress. She had it ready for pick up in one day, in time for the wedding, and turned an “eh” dress into something pretty and that fits beautifully. Her work was expertly done!Services: Alterations

Prices are definitely not the cheapest, but I can live with that. What I can’t accept is RUDE service.My wife took my daughter there for her sweet 16 dress. When it came time for alterations the staff treated my wife and my daughter rudely.The alterations that we wanted required a second visit. When trying to schedule my wife said that it might be hard to get to the store by 5, as we live 45 minutes from the store and have kids to pick up from school. The owners reply was “ well if you don’t get here by 5 I’ll be gone” .I get it, everyone wants to go home at the end of long day. But… we just spent a s@*t ton of money for a dress, so we felt they could’ve been a bit more accommodating.I’m not saying don’t shop here, just sharing our experience. We however won’t be coming back here ever, ever again and we have three daughters.3 sweet 16’s , 3 JR Proms, 3 Proms, 3 weddings…. And who know what else.Maybe I should go back with our bags of dresses in hand and ask them if they are paid commission and then say “ Big Mistake, Huge Mistake” (Pretty Women Reference).We ended up leaving without getting any alterations done. We asked that the charge for alterations be taken off the price. After they LITERALLY laughed at us they took $5 off the price, lol.I’ll tell everyone I can about our experience and they can decide for themselves if they will shop at this store.
