The best pet store in the area. The best thing about this store is the team that works there. They are knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful with my little pup. After moving here she became very shy but they never gave up on her and now I can't walk by the store without her demanding to go in. A few times, I've had to run over for something and they are always ready to help. She once got a tummy ache and they had just the thing. Oh my gosh and when she had 13 teeth removed and refused to eat, they recommended a yummy chicken broth and it was like magic.

Great staff, solid little neighborhood pet store. They can be out of things from time to time, so it's recommended grabbing what you need, before you really need it, to alleviate the issue.

a pet friendly pet store in sunnyside that has a good variety of pet foods, treats , acessories , pet toys , etc, at reasonable prices . easy to navigate inside and while browsing around i found what i needed for mr pickles (jack russell) . i got a new harness and leash, a few durable toys, a few bags of doggy treats and 2 10lb bags of high quality grade dog food thats perfect for some breds. the gentleman who helped me with the food selection made a great pick as mr pickles enjoys the soft easy to chew grub very much . will be back when bag number 2 runs low. overall a solid pet store for your dog, cat, or whatever other pet you may have. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter.

love having a local store where we can get everything we need for our pup. Only problem is that the staff are so friendly she always wants to stop by and say hi, even at 6am when it's closed, she looks up at me like it's my fault it's 6ama nice "problem" to have

This pet store has become my go-to since bringing home my puppy a little over a month ago. The staff is universally knowledgeable and helpful and they've given me strong advice for all of my dog's "firsts." Yesterday Rich went above and beyond and helped fit her for her first harness. So grateful this place exists!

I personally wouldn’t shop and any other Pet Store in Queens. It is truly remarkable how much Rich & his staff know about the products they sell. No need to Google the products they offer just speak to Rich, he knows everything. I love his consultative approach- I’m not being sold, I’m offered solutions based on my pets needs. Add this shop to the list of hidden gems throughout Sunnyside. As always, Thanks Rich & team!

They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting you the best items for your pet. Sure, you can go online and buy anything these days… but, for the same price, you can get expert advice, a customer rewards program, and support your neighbors!
