HiAs you can see on my previous reviews I always leave a 5 star review, but unfortunately this time is a strong 1 STAR.. mr. Jeff, your so called T mobile specialist, has to do a great amount of work to improve his customer service skills and the way he talks and the tone of his voice. That can go a long way. As an adviser really quick, and get my stuff solved. Kudos on that! But he really needs to improve on his communication skills. A little bit more amiable and smiley cause that goes a long way. No need for the tough guy attitude.Just saying.Have a great day!

I went in to check about our business plan, so glad I did. Elias was very helpful. He helped us find the best package for us. His professionalism made the experience of switching over very easy. I highly recommend this store and asking for Elias. You won't regret it.

Two star rating cause everyone on site isn’t in sync. Not sure if the manager was at the front during the time my parents went to simply connect a new phone and transfer all old info on to the new phone .Sounds like a simple task to me. From experience in working in phone stores this customer support action would have only taken me less then 45 minsMy parents were there for three hours !!When we came in we were greeted by Oscar with a T-Mobile hoodie at the front door .We told him why we were here and noticed he spoke Spanish which was a relief for me. What we weren’t happy about is he told us it wasn’t necessary for us to come into the store and do the transfer . Okay so ….for simple things like information transfer and a simple hookup we don’t have to be in the store ???!!.Ya gotta understand that the older generation doesn’t know how to do simple things so when he said that it took me by surprise . We ask for a service and he simply wants to dismiss us.My advice is to the manager is get your team right and make sure you have friendly customer service at the front door making it feel welcoming.Thank you

I had a great experience here.I went in to the store to ask some questions about switching carriers, and Elias was great! He spent A LOT of time with me, answering questions and helping me through the whole switch-over process. He wasn't pushy at all, and I really felt like he listened to what I wanted and helped me to find the right plan at the best price for by budget.He went above and beyond -- he even delayed his lunch break to make sure that my phone was setup!

I went in this afternoon to get a new phone after losing mine at Six Flags yesterday. I was already mad and on edge, but Brian greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. The transfer took a little longer than expected, but both Brian kept me engaged and let me know what he was doing every step of the way as to not cause any further frustration. He set everything up for me from start to finish and made sure to address any issues I may have had before leaving the store. I always receive really excellent customer support from this store, but today was worth mentioning. Thanks a lot Sunnyside store for a great Sunday.

This T-Mobile store in Sunnyside provided excellent customer service to all who walked in. A special THANK YOU to Elias who went above and beyond for my daughter and myself. Elias was extremely patient and made sure all our questions were answered before we left. Thank you Elias!!Just for transparency, I live in the Bronx and have two T-Mobile stores in my area. My business dealings with T-Mobile will now be in Sunnyside.

Not helpful for returning devices that you purchased over the phone.He said I have to call support and get a label to return with ups by myself. In case you have same issue. Don’t waste your time, your gas to come here.

You gotta ask them or they won’t explain you much about the plans. Bill came out to $800 because they didn’t specify the international calling charges when we got the plan, $800 still doesn’t make sense for three lines (it was also cut automatically after two weeks no explanation) . I last went to pay off bill which was $50 and they said there was no extra payment (we paid for the internet box and all the lines since it wasn’t even a month), can’t even cancel this line, switched from ultra for better plan but switched back, better off getting ultra mobile for $100 three lines and no fees, bs and unlimited international calling. $800 ? ?
