This review is long overdue! We've had few tattoos done by Ivan and he's truly amazing. Not only a wonderful artist but very professional and kind. The place feels super chill with a very relaxing vibe. Wish it was closer! It's a schlep to get there from Brooklyn but it's so worth it, everyone we met there has been super kind :)

This place is such a gem, Ivan Paz (owner / tattoo artist) really made my experience the best one I've had yet at any shop!! the vibe was super cool and made me feel comfortable and trusting immediately. If you're in the area and thinking of getting a tattoo definitely stop by and see for yourself, Ivan is super genuine and super talented and so are all the artists at this shop. Will be going back and recommend this place 100%.

I tend to be picky and detail oriented and Bones was very patient with me! He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with the tattoo I was getting.

I can’t say enough good things about sunnyside tattoo! All the artists are extremely talented while showing amazing care and hospitality in ensuring you get exactly what you want. I wanted a cardinal memorial piece in honor of my grandfather, and my artist Jio showed great care and really helped me with making my ideas for my tattoo a reality, which ended up being perfect thanks to Jio and i’m in love with it. Everyone here is great people while talented and I would like to thank the other artists Ivan and Logan as well for making me feel comfortable and for good vibes. Regardless of which artist you get you’ll be happy with the result, and I’ll be sure to be back again! Thank you sunnyside tattoo!

They never have time to give you a straight answer when you want to make an appointment. If you are not going to have a big tattoo they will never spend 2 seconds to let you know that they don't want your money. I was trying several times in the past to see if they have any availability by calling, stopping by, contact them on Instagram and still no answer if they are available or not. I will spend my money somewhere else but not there anymore. I don't know if Ivan is managing the place or someone new but in the past wasn't like that, I have 4 tattoos done at this place

Such a great shop and experience! Ivan was my tattoo artist and he was great. Super friendly, welcoming and very talented. He made a great design for me and really listened to what I wanted for my tattoo. The shop itself was dope and also great location. Already told a bunch of friends/fam to come here for their next tats. Highly recommend it!

Excellent Excellent facility, I made an appointment with Ivan ,I gave him a picture of the art which I wanted. Ivan is awesome,, he facilitated the process, took a picture of my arm ,he transposed the art onto my arm[ templet method] this gave me an opportunity to see howthe tattoo would look at this location ,, looked nice , so , he began.We spoke about many subjects from family to friends careers to past experiences ,personnel perspectives,, you get the point ,, Time flew by and before I knew it, Ivan had finished. I think it was about 2 hours ,,not to sure. . The experience was so pleasant,,,, I love the way Ivan blended the art to fit the location I suggested. Ivan is a very skilled , talented artist, and he's an amazing person, and you can tell he loves what he does. I will be definitely be going back,, I would recommend this place 1000 times.
