Laura did my nails, and it was a horrible experience. She cut me multiple times while doing my acrylic nails, which turned out uneven and poorly shaped. Despite my repeated requests to fix the shape, the results were unsatisfactory. From the start, I had a bad feeling about how things were going, so I opted for a plain color instead of French tips or any other design. After applying the color, the gel was uneven, and the nails looked terrible. I plan to ask for a refund or have them remove the gel. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to attend a presentation with these nails.

My nail salon for more than 20 years. Very professional, nice and and always ready to help you out with your problems with your toes. I would recommend it for people who really need a deep toenails cleaning. One in special is Tracies'son. Very patient and always listen to your requests.

The worst gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. I should have believed the reviews! Everyone was polite. But The personnel isn’t well trained. I had to tell the guy several times what to do. He continued to paint over a nail that had some small hairs on it or bumps from the nail polish, he filed down my toenail on one side and didn’t clean up the cuticles correctly. I’m actually quite sad about this!
I told him politely that I wasn’t happy with my mani/pedi. Not sure what he said to the boss in his language, but the boss didn’t charge me. He offered to redo them at a later time. Which is a nice gesture, I appreciate him for offering, but ain’t nobody got time for that!
Won’t be going back to this place.

I did not like this place at all. I wanted a colored French gel manicure and I was dissatisfied. Laura did my nails. It was rushed and no effort was put on my nails. My natural nails looked like if they had put acrylic because of how bulky they looked and they were also not even. Not even an hour later the gel was able to peel off so easily! Will not be coming back

Regular mani/pedi is $36 and I love that they don’t try to upsell callus removal etc. Today was my 4th time there, last visit the manicure lasted almost 2 weeks and the pedicure a month. The dog is super sweet.

I’ve tried out multiple places for acrylics in the past and this place is the worst by far. This entire process took 2 hours when it should take 1 hour max. I came here to cut out time traveling to my usual spot but this ended up taking so much longer. Laura cut me in 3 different places while doing my nails, no sorry no antiseptic. The acrylic application was lumpy and uneven. When she filed it, it did not blend in seamlessly to my cuticle. Some of the acrylic is on top of my cuticle. Anytime I asked her to fix it she said she’s not done yet and to wait but never ended up fixing it. I asked for a French manicure with regular polish, she told me it’s better with gel. I don’t like doing gel because of the UV lamp but I said okay. Laura does not know how to do a French manicure, it was crooked and uneven to the point where I just went with a plain color instead. They charged me extra for gel because they pushed it on me for French with gel instead of regular. I ended up not getting a French manicure because she doesn’t know how to do it. How can a nail tech not know how to do a French manicure? I don’t understand why they offer acrylic service when they cannot professionally complete it. I am not the only one unhappy. Another girl came for gel X and left very dissatisfied as well. Avoid this place for any type of nail extension. I cannot speak on their other services.

First off they have this woman that works there that runs her mouth and is very rude. When I got there she made me feel very uncomfortable so I did my nails with Laura although she was patient and worked well the nails still had some imperfections. And for gel it just sucks I’m sure there are other services they are good with such as pedicures and waxing.

I wanted to like this place because it’s in my neighborhood, but unfortunately I won’t be going back. The initial manicure was done sloppy so I went back the next day to get them fixed and the second time wasn’t much better. Now less than a week later my nails are chipping. This place is warm and has great vibes. You come w your coffee drink and relax. Laura does my nails in these photos. She is no-nonsense and does amazing work. Laura is great!

I don't usually write reviews but this place should have zero stars. Not only is the place dirty but my tech made 3 nails bleed & tried to hide it from me and I had to show her the blood, powder doesnt cover entire nails and my nails are misshapen. The owner just started at me when I tried to show her and just asked how I am paying. Avoid this place. I will be reporting them and If I can get any health issues, I will be following up with them.
