I used to have a great mechanic close by my home, but it’s closing early and close on weekends. I was looking for one near my work. Then my best car body shop owner, Nicky, introduced me to James. This was one of the best things that ever happened to me! Since then, James is my “god hand.”

NYS safety inspection, quick and easy. It took me a couple years to work this out: don't just drive down the ramp. You can park up in the parking lot across the street temporarily and go see them in the office.

My son only takes his car to Eddie, who consistently provides honest assessments and more than reasonable pricing. The shop is always busy as his following is fiercely loyal. Eddie never takes advantage of the elderly or disabled and he understands how difficult it is to be a working class person. His work ethic and the respect he bestows all his clients has no rival. Throughout the decades, we have all come to the same conclusion. Yes, Eddie is a great mechanic but he is also the type of decent human being who we all would want to have as a friend given the indefatigable passion with which he protects us, ensuring safety and the preservation of our dignity. He never talks down to anyone and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable.

Eddie and his team are amazing. They have helped me immeasurably for over ten years -- going far, far beyond anything that is reasonable to expect. They are simply the best. This is a hands-on shop -- not one of those places where a "service manager" greets you in a white jacket -- so don't expect a "free" cappuccino. Be patient because if you are you will get EXCELLENT service. Anybody you will see in his office will tell you he is the very best around and they won't trust anybody else.

As the years pass, Eddie's continued moral rectitude continues to confirm that he is the best auto mechanic in Queens, New York City, and or the state of New York. He professionally addresses every mechanical, electrical and aesthetic body work problem you may present. I've never met somebody who knows so much about cars but never makes you feel ignorant or anything but respected. Unlike other professionals in a variety of fields, you do not have to ask follow-up questions or feel like you are babysitting him. Your automobile repair project is in the best possible hands. The entire team including James and Pablo are there to ensure your family's safety and wellbeing as personal car ravel becomes all the more relevant with the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic. The clientele I have met in the waiting room throughout the years includes lawyers, doctors, financial planners, accountants, teachers, city administrators, nurses, livery drivers, United Nations diplomatic core staff and members of clergy from far and wide. These individuals are well informed and the recommendations they receive are usually spot on.I would advise going early if possible as the loyal following means the shop can get quite busy.Services: Transmission
