I only go here because it is close by, but it is making me want to just order what I need online!
Very often it is not stocked with the basic supplies I need. It is often hard to find somebody to unlock items on the shelf - if you can find a button that is not busted.
There is almost always a long line with no option for self checkout - which is in EVERY other store!
Today, the cashier did not help me bag (and did not offer) and immediately called the next customer over before I could bag myself.

I went to pick up a package that was sent to me through FedEx and the service was excellent. For me, the special treatment of the person was a surprise. Congratulations because we need to be nice.

Terrible customer service and support. None of the staff or managers understand how to use or support customers using the app. It took 10 minutes to provide me with a receipt of my purchase from the office because I have apparently opted into digital receipts, but they couldn't tell me how to opt out or where my digital receipt was sent. All in all a painful experience when I just needed some cold medicine.

The cashier that was working yesterday morning around 11 is always sooooooo rude and nasty! She gives you nasty looks, hands you change like almost throwing it at you and overall she’s like this with every customer. Don’t want anyone fired just speak to her and train her. This is customer service…..

Service is horrible.Attitude is worse.Last week the bald gentleman with a beard followed me around the store and after I picked up a prescription.When I asked him for help to fine children’s medicine he dismissed me.Today he won’t take my FedEx package and told me to carry it another 30 minutes to a different FedEx location.He is the opposite of a customer service agent.

I put in an order for a custom printed calendar on their website that said this location does same day pick up. I ordered at 4PM and the order pick up time was 5PM. I showed up at 7PM and they said the order cannot be fulfilled and canceled the order in-front of me.

Everything is locked and they disabled the button to request opening stuff. You have to wait to find someone in the store or the long cashier line. Then you get an unhappy employee walking with you to open stuff. Really worth your time to go anywhere else

This places will not fill your perception untill you ask in person. Then still have you wait another hour. It's happend enough times to notice a patter. Go somewhere else, they'd probably prefer it anyway.

The pharmacy was very rude and said they were too busy to wait for me to get information about my rx card. Don’t go here they are unhelpful.

Don’t bother going here if you need to buy something in less than 20 minutes. Everything is locked up and they never have more than 2 people working so you have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for help. The workers are polite enough if you can actually find one.
