Read all the other positive reviews so I called and spoke with Ken who was helpful. I had a very small project but he spent the time to help me which I really appreciate. I was able to walk around to see all the counter options and operations which are impressive. I highly recommend his services which were also affordable!!!

Second install for a countertop by Milestone and they did not disappoint. Unbeatable prices, expert opinion, and seamless install. So glad to be able to have a go-to for this kind of thing. Totally recommend.

Kin and his team were fantastic! Great experience from beginning to end. I had been searching for a discontinued quartz color that was difficult to find. Kin walked me around his site and together we found a match! He did the measurements in person, the countertop was delivered promptly & thoughtfully installed. In fact, there was an issue with our sink mounting bracket and he crafted a better sink support for us! We also had left over quartz and he cut two shelves for a very reasonable price. We would absolutely use Kin and his company again!

Great experience getting new countertops for my kitchen. Ken found me a leftover piece that would work my kitchen, saving me some money. Installers showed up on time and got done early. Payments and receipts were all handled electronically. If you need countertops, Milestone K&B is definitely worth a visit.

The owner (Ken) was responsive and professional, and he quoted me the best price for the Caesarstone countertop I was looking for by far (out of three fabricators). He was flexible in rescheduling appointments when there were delays in getting our cabinets installed.Once all the cabinets were in he came to measure (only took about 30 mins), and a week later our countertops arrived and were installed. The installation crew was fast and efficient, and the countertops look beautiful.

I needed a hole drilled into my existing Corian countertop and deck-mounted soap dispenser installed. I reached out to multiple handymen, contractors and countertop specialists. Handyman services wouldn't drill through countertops and the countertop specialists and contractors said the job was too small. ONLY Milestone agreed to the complete the job. Ken and his staff were gracious and did a beautiful job. I'm very grateful and can't recommend them enough!

EDIT:So now it’s my plumber’s fault because he didn’t bring a strainer or mine for not wanting to take a trip to Home Depot?You showed us a sink that was a Kraus brand and had a strainer, and then switched it with another one that is lower quality and without a strainer and somehow it’s my fault?ORIGINAL REVIEW:We just spent $2,200 on a countertop and sink that DID NOT come with a strainer.When we picked our countertop Ken showed us a sink that was in the store and had a strainer, then since that one we picked did not fit in our kitchen he said he was going to change it with a similar one.Today we got our countertop installed and the sink (which by the way is not nearly as nice as the one we saw in the store) came WITHOUT a strainer. Therefore my handyman was not able to install the faucet.Keep in mind that I bought 10 different kitchen for my job in the past 10 years (from different places) and never had a single sink delivered without a strainer.When we called Ken to complaint he said sinks don’t come with strainers (really?), and he didn’t have any in his store (lie). And to go buy it on Amazon as it’s only $2 (it’s actually $30 plus another trip to my house from my handyman).Quality of the countertops is average.AVOID.

So easy to work with, so fast, incredible work. Ken was incredibly helpful and his team was super fast. He has beautiful pieces in inventory and made the entire process a breeze. Will certainly go back here again and will recommend to anyone needing stone for a kitchen or bath.

We just spent $2,200 on a countertop and sink that DID NOT come with a strainer. When we picked our countertop Ken showed us a sink that was in the store and had a strainer, then since that one we picked did not fit in our kitchen he said he was going to change it with a similar one. Today we got our countertop installed and the sink (which by the way is not nearly as nice as the one we saw in the store) came WITHOUT a strainer. Therefore my handyman was not able to install the faucet. Keep in mind that I bought 10 different kitchen for my job in the past 10 years (from different places) and never had a single sink delivered without a strainer. When we called Ken to complain he said that sinks don't come with strainers (really?), and he didn't have any in his store (lie). And to go buy it on Amazon as it's only $2 (it's actually $30 plus another trip to my house from my handyman). Quality of the countertops is average. AVOID.

So! Writing a review (5 stars too) for the place I picked out my slab in Jersey City but this is a big shoutout to the fabricator Ken and his installers. AMAZING. The precision of the cuts made by Ken in the shop and then the guys in the field to ensure a seamless fit was impeccable (and impressive). They were quick, careful, kind and efficient. Plus! I got soapstone - a very soft stone - and it had nary a scratch during delivery or installation. Honestly I want more places in my apartment to put stone..maybe the window sills...? ::proceeds to write checks:: Use Milestone!! They rock (pun intended)!

Great job on short notice! Greatly appreciate their help. Loved the quick service showing images of the types of stone for me to order. For a fee I was able to get a 24 hour turnaround, which was awesome since I was working with a short time frame to get this apartment completed. Will definitely be a return customer!
